No one made one reply to my post about becoming a free man on the land but I will say it again, with a bit more detail....

You can't fight against a system you ares still a part of, then you are just fighting against yourself.

You need to change your lifestyle asap, and cut yourself loose from the system, then you ARE your own country....

team up with enough other free people and start negotiations with the country occupying the same land as you.

If anyone thinks they can take over their country with a bunch of their buddies and shotguns, I think it is a tad unrealistic.

Once you are free, only do business with other free people so you aren't feeding the beast anymore.....

eventually it would starve and die if we all did this.

Those campaign contributions are taxpayer money. They are legally deductible taxes, dollar for dollar that should have been paid to the general fund instead of being redirected. Another words they could be considered sort of legal bribes used to acquire future favors or repay past support from the congressman which could have benefited the business or individual that is donating. Nothing new, there probably isn't a politician that would vote against this practice, it would be political suicide.

here is the one
"But there's a simpler reason for why legislators buried the bill, said Dan Schnur, director of the Jesse M. Unruh Institute of Politics at the University of Southern California: "They like getting gifts."

Sen. Alex Padilla, D-Van Nuys, also voted for the ban, then accepted $340 in Walt Disney World tickets. Sen. Curren Price, D-Los Angeles, another supporter of the ban, picked up $168 worth of Disneyland tickets courtesy of The Walt Disney Co.

for its overthrow is simply by mass withdrawal of that consent. The weight of tyranny would quickly and suddenly collapse under such a nonviolent revolution. (

Excellent! My points exactly!

Thanks for the great find.

There will be no revolution. Half of the people in the US want to live under communist rule.

When the "man" Obama is re-elected, the US will be destroyed economically within 2 years.

When the "man" Romndy is elected, the US will be destroy economically within 6 years.

I almost just want it over quickly so that we can hopefully rebuild. Like the Georgia Guidestones say, about 80% of the US population will be destroyed. It's going to get ugly.

You're welcome friend! One of my favorites on political theory. I believe he was 19 when he wrote it....if only I could've had the clarity of thought at that age!

When the time comes ( I mean, when all rights are gone and Americans are being arrested by the millions) people will simply stop paying taxes. A government, nor a military, can survive without money.

Exactly, and the only way to do that is to start your own party and realize that the voting results cannot possibly match that of the real voting. In fact, I think the results would be accurate (i.e. no fraud). However, the population seems to either be too lazy and vote for one of two parties, or they genuinely think that these two are the only sane options.

I was under the impression that the money backing both parties comes out of the same pocket, at least at a lever where the candidates are very public. The public needs to turn their attention to lower tiers, where politics happen away from the media. I am willing to bet, if voter fraud happens its there, where people who do not tow the party line of the briefcase holder are weeded out early.

Your whole democratic process has been subverted to the point where the vote is no more than a ritual people go through every 4 years. Either way, both sides have been briefed on their agendas, not by American citizens, but by Corporations Banks. Lobbyists. This time, it really doesn't make any difference who gets in. Your Country will be run by the biggest criminals in the world still.

But you'll all turn out for the ballots. KNOWING that the whole excercise is as pointless as last time. Or the time before. Your President has now got arbitrary power of life and death over every American, The constitutionally ratified
power of Sub-Judiciary summary execution on it's own citizens. In the hands of one man. Nice move guys. And the Militarised Police they mobilised for Occupy? Bit of an eye opener, what?

Government should be accountable to it's citizens, but yours is accountable only to itself, and it's Corporate Pimps. The ones who think nothing of engineering global recessions to mop up any opposition. Use the Military to take out the carefully set up opposition. Then lie. and lie. Then lie some more. And before you know it, it's lube up, and bend over boys, it's Presidentials again!

They aren't dumb you know. I have no intention of getting involved in any way in trying to overthrow the government or threaten any government official. I think the guys in Congress have lost touch with the people of the country. I suppose they only hear the same people complaining over and over and three quarters of the people stand mute. The squeaky wheel gets the grease but the squeaking wheel is the high maintenance wheel. The other three wheels need grease worse than the squeaking wheel and will soon break off and head their separate ways.

If one is young enough and can escape the system of working and paying bills and all that goes with it and can provide for oneself off the land providing they have land but in essence you realy don't own the land because they can take it from you for lack of property tax nonpayment. In my opinion all the land that has been bought by the US government has come from the profits off the people should be able to homestead the land. But that is not the case you have so much land that is tied up by the government that in some states they own more than can privately owned.

If It's Our Constitutional Right to Overthrow Corrupt Government, Why Don't We Do It?

One word "religion" people in America believe that some invincible man is going come back and save them from what ever it is. So there's no point overthrowing the corrupt government, there is no point being self responsible, and there is no point be self government.

18 USC Chapter 115 - TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES

The slime in DC has made it ileagle for the common man to rise up against them even though it is our right to do so.

You people are honestly hilarious. OF COURSE the government will make it illegal to rise up against the government. Are you surprised!? It's been illegal from the beginning! The Constitution specifically says so anyway. All the USC does is clarify the government's interpretation of what is already in the Constitution, it's nothing new. Holy Moses. You really have no clue how legal systems even work, do you.

It was also "illegal" for the colonists to rise up against the British Crown, by the way. But if you OPPOSE THE GOVERNMENT, then you DON'T RECOGNIZE ITS LAWS. How laughable that you on one hand dismiss the legitimacy of the government but on the other hand whine how they've tied your hands by PASSING A LAW. Don't you get the irony there!?

But then, anyone who is so frustrated that his ideas are scoffed at by the educated and the reasonable that he decides a violent revolution is in order, is going to be generally dim overall. It's no surprise you think what you think. It's plain to see you are too dumb to think anything better.

People don't overthrow because there is no good reason to. Only silly conspiracy theories and theory nuts who think the end of America is soon.
At the end of the day you still live in a great country and you are still very much free people.
You people don't realise how easy you have it and you have no idea what a tyrant is.

because when they try to organize they get wisked away in a black suv with tinted windows. BTW, postings like this get people locked up these days. Watch your back

Im 26 now and believe the "hippies" had it right. Occupy is nothing. We need those 10000 peaceful protests in front of the white house.

Until it happens protests will fizzle and people will keep looking at protests as outdated practices that never get anything done.

Which will signal the end of true freedom. How anyone can't see similarities in the US government agencies using tactics straight out of countries under a dictatorship rule is astonishing to me.

Tell me about it. I was there in the MayDay march on DC
