I did not mention China because China has not been bombing countries halfway across the world to kingdom come and setting up bases there.

You don’t seem to know the difference between ‘armed conflict’ and ‘terrorism’…that’s your basic problem. You want to blur the line because it justifies the anti-US outrage you’ve obviously been programmed to express time and again.

Can you define the two for me and prove me wrong?

Armed conflict = ?

Terrorism = ?

Umm, nice try, but there is a major difference between being a leading arms exporter, and covertly and intentionally funding insurgencies to topple governments through mass propaganda campaigns, black budget operations, spies all over the place, and worse.

No need to drag Iran into this....

Wonder where that 50,000 rockets aimed south of Lebannon came from?

Wasn't the US.

I wonder where millions of cluster bombs into Lebanon came from?

It was from the Israelis who purchased them off the USA, who knows maybe they got them for free.

Care to source that and care to respond to my last post to you?

Hint they came from the same people who the anti crowd will never condemn as per the topic "the terrorist people will never admit".

Thanks

And thank America for coming from Canada to have a place that the anti crowd can cash America til their hearts content.

Showing rubble without any context.

Typical.

Should we post a bunch of pictures of the Iraqi's hanging Kuwaiti's from street lamps?

Side-note. To be brutally honest. I'm on record here at ATS Numerous times voicing my opposition to the Second Iraq invasion.

Are you drunk dude? I really don't know what that rant was about. I know ALOT of people that would love to leave the u.s, but they simply can't afford it. Sounds kind of like oppression without coming right out and saying so. I have said it before, I will say it again, the ONLY people who are patriotic are the wealthy and the ignorant

AND the majority of those countries are Islamic and many of those have asked the US to take Iran out repeatedly. Meanwhile so far, Clinton, Bush and Now Obama have refused to do so...

Yea some corrupt puppet leader who is an ally of the USA asks to come into the country and all of a sudden the people of that country agree with their leader. They are dictators who are installed by the USA. Why would they not welcome the USA for their protection.

For instance the Turkish leader welcoming the USA and preparing to bend over for the USA

www.nytimes.com...

While its people saying NO:

www.presstv.ir...
www.presstv.ir...

Those countries do not want the USA to be there, but the corrupt US/NATO backed leaders allow them to be there. Where is the picture of Iranian bases around the USA?

I'm neither wealthy nor ignorant. I have no loyalty to real estate. I have loyalty to family, friends, neighbors, community, and culture.

This is what patriotism means to me... not a flag. What the flag was supposed to represent in the first place.

Syria and Iran are neighbors and those are local matters.

How is Libya and Iraq a neighbor of USA?

Context is USA bombing Iraq and Libya when they were no threat to the USA.

Well for one, I'd like to know how, but 2, the all important one, it's easy to come to a country that will pay for everything for an immigrant. I doubt I would get that from any other country

Lebanon is in the middle east dude and they are very involved with Iran and have been for thousands of years. Just because you were born yesterday does not give you nor the US the right to interfere in their affairs.

Care to offer any context to your photos? To me, they are just photos of the usual accolades of war. Show me blatant and irrefutable examples of the United States using bold aggression toward civilians and the enemy. I can recall an example of military orders being handed down from the German High Command to units of the Wermacht to engage in atrocities in the Soviet Union.

One example would be Himmler’s Memorandum on the Treatment of Alien Peoples in the East, 25 May 1940. The orders are plain as day, and black and white. I think you would be hard pressed to find anything similar in regards to the United States activities in the Middle East. Of course there were reports of atrocities and misconduct, and every conflict or war has them. Spare me the semantics. Murder and bold aggression was not the official military stance in either Iraq or Afghanistan. That is the difference between Nazi Germany and the United States.
