Each rocket contains 644 M77 type sub-munitions.

1800 X 644 = 1,159,200 sub-munitions.

1800...that's not millions now is it ?

And fortunately (not for you, I know) the IAF was able to destroy their arsenal of Scud, Zelzal and some Fajr rockets, before they came into use. And let's not forget Hezbollah deliberately tried to target the chemical industrial complex in Haifa region, knowing full well this can mean the death of tens if not hundreds of thousands of Israelis lives.
