LOL We used to salute that way in America also. We called it the Bellamy salute.
We used to strap explosives to our chest and walk into a crowded bus station in a neighboring country that we disagreed with religiously and blow the hell out of their women and children too!!!!
Oh…wait….that was Iran and Syria!
My bad!
No we drop them from the sky by the thousands of tons to kill a lot more women and children...oh wait that was USA and NATO.
THIS is the difference. This is what separates terrorism and war... one is cowardice and from behind, with no warning - the other is at least announced.
So the premise of your argument is that circumstances are irrelevant and that only your personal, emotion based observations apply?
You seem to want to have it both ways... America is a terror organization whether they declare war or not -
but people who fly airplanes into buildings are justified, without equivocation, simply because of the target they chose?

Those 'wars' that america has recently declared, iraq, Afghanistan, libya etc are illegal and therefore wrong and are really acts of terrorism.

No I did not say that. You have to go to this thread to understand why they did what they did:

Freudian slip?
I moderated the 911 forum. I'm woefully familiar with the ins and outs of every theory and every rabbit hole there is.
Again, I am not a flag waving cheerleader for the US - but if you wish to call collateral damage from conflict an act of terror and then to not refer to an actual act of terror as such... Well I simply disagree.

I do call 911 a terrorist action, but by YOUR definition it is an armed conflict because Bin Laden and company declared war on the USA prior to 911. Secondly I equally call US actions terrorist regardless of the declaration of war because they have used force, intimidation, and murder to achieve their means. Feel free to check out my thread so you may better understand the truth view pointedit on 103131p://8America/ChicagoFri, 17 Aug 2012 22:25:21 -0500 by THE_PROFESSIONAL because: (no reason given)
So personal opinions of US actions abroad are meaningless.

3) The picture of America's war history is anti-American propaganda. Many of those wars were on behalf of allies or for our sovereignty (namely the early wars).
4) To the early posters who were "brought to tears" by the video...what planet do you live on where you thought these things didn't happen before and you just now learned of it?
I've more to say but in the end it doesn't matter. This topic has little purpose other than reinforcing already made opinions.
