This is why I hate stories like this, it scares people into thinking the problem is gigantic. It makes people suspicious of everyone. It creates a society where the view of a person is distorted and twisted so much that neighbours suspect people of things they would never ever remotely be capable of.

You have a very warped view of society. There are not massive pedo clubs all over the world, there is a minuscule minority of society who are quite severely twisted in this way.

I believe you are confused. This news is from today, the article talks about the arrests happening this morning so I'm unsure how this is not considered new?
