Unimportant in the larger scheme of things. How many programmer work in the banking industry? Thousands? At least.

Managers? Thousands.

How many people work on stopping fraud in commercial banking? Sooo sooo many. Commercial banking fraud is big business for gangs, etc.

He wasn't important in a "there's a massive conspiracy involving the police, the courts the media, etc." based on the relative importance of this guys work. That's the point.

If you don't like it, you might want to work on your delivery. People don't have to agree on anything in this case, but they can at least do so in a civil manner, something you need to work on.

I never called you a troll. The fact is nobody here knows exactly what happened that night, including you. One thing is certain, there are a lot more questions than answers which is why I find it so hard to comprehend how anyone can, without any doubt, believe he's guilty. Finding someone guilty based on facts that one doesn't have, makes no sense to me. It's the whole innocent until proven guilty thing. There is zero tangible proof of his guilt...at least at this point.

I do believe there is more to this story than what is being released. I'm following it and talking to a couple of friends who live outside of Denver on I 70 towards Winter Park. I did an inquiry to the DPD for records and crime scene photos per their website. It was turned down without an explanation and my money refunded.

According to Corbin Dates, the man who opened the emergency exit had a goatee and was not James Holmes. Are there any other witness accounts of the man who opened the emergency exit? I can't find any, including from Jennifer Seeger who is the friend that Corbin was with.

only read the first few and last pages here, but regarding the first post- the last couple of days I have read that the reports of James saying he was the joker and spitting on guards is now false, might be a little hard to find but some news sites have corrected it. so yea, makes you wonder why they didn't just say the 2 roommates report wasn't confirmed or incorrect if they did it with the other mistakes. with all the false reports it's defiantly hard to know what to believe now. this makes me think even when the court releases information it will be hard to believe, hopefully they have some solid proof and facts.

I see someone here mentioned Holmes being adopted again. I searched for info on that the other day and all I found was a cop told a witness he was adopted... if that's all you have it's hard to believe it's 100% accurate after the above false reports.

I found this video earlier of someone that saw James a couple of days before the shooting and he says his hair wasn't orange Going to assume this guy might have a better memory since he wasn't in a frightened panic like the people in the movie theater. unless he was really drunk! just raises more questions though.

Well the troubling thing here is that this man says he saw Holmes a few days before the shooting without red hair, but Holme's profiles on match.com (I think) and adultfriendfinder were allegedly created at the beginning of july, and they feature photographs of Holmes with red hair. So the profiles may be fake, the photos may have been photoshopped (possibly by Holmes, or by someone else), or the man who says he met Holmes is just lying.
