I'm not sure what "flaunting his sexual orientation" looks like to you... If it's not kissing his boyfriend or holding hands, what BEHAVIOR are you seeing that you consider to be him "flaunting his sexual orientation"? Just so we understand each other.

The only agenda gays have is for fair and equal rights and to look fabulous.

Personally I am against gays, lesbians being allowed to have access to IVF etc as two of the same sex can't naturally make a chid other than that who cares.

I think he is talking about the strange attitude associated with it. The Fake high pitched girl voice and slurring the "s's" being immature and obnoxious.
But normally thats only seen in the younger homosexual folks. So maybe its just a immaturity thing.

Yeah, have you noticed how teens act in general?

Still, if a 35-year-old man wants to flip his wrist and talk with a lisp, who am I to say it's "wrong"? That's true FREEDOM. Some women act very feminine and others act more masculine (and I'm talking about straight women). People are DIFFERENT. Some gay people are obvious. Some straight people are obvious (the guys that wolf-whistle, the girls who wear tight dresses and flirt with their eyes...) People are different.

Who is to say that we should all act alike (and preferably act like straight people do)?

True that BH
Hey some 35 year old guy dresses like a woman and pulls the lisp thing, not hurting me, and for some reason, those are always some of the funniest joke telling folks. So ya, individuality, it is a beautiful thing.

just them darn teenagers.

To hate because of it is wrong but to pretend it is as normal as apple pie is retarded. I think the same has been done with islam and immigration too.
Gays can 'do' who they want but I am sick of having it rammed down my throat everyday... Metaphorically of course

If its being rammed down your throat maybe you should close your mouth and it would bounce right of those sweet lips of yours.

Metaphorically of course

my uncle in ireland was married with two kids, had the 'normal' suburban life for all the time i was growing up, then he came out as gay, split from his wife and left the family home. he was still the same nice guy he'd always been. and still is. he's had a partner for years now and is happy. i appreciate his wife's confusion and how it must have hurt her, but also he had to live a lie for many, many years. it doesn't matter who's gay or not. at least, not to me.

The "gay agenda" is turning into the very thing it hates and I absolutely love it.

How's this for a meme:
Complains about discrimination
[picture of gay dude]
discriminates against people who don't agree.

Just look at the chic-fil-a thing. The owner expresses his beliefs and people start boycotting. If he came out pro-gay and people boycotted then it's some travesty and they are all labeled homophobes and ignorant. The whole gay agenda is typically like every other "us" vs "them" argument.

Great post OP! Your analogy flows very well and i completely agree with the agenda being pushed. To define it as attempting to make people accept gayness is not right, it is quite literally force fed to the culture in the same way the rap culture is.

Well said!

There are many things that are natural which causes diseases. Just because something is natural, doesn't determine whether it is safe or not. An example would be a guy catching diseases by sticking his penis into a vagina without a condom.

By the way, all gay guys do not have anal sex, and there are also gay women.

Sexual dieases (looking at you HIV) are spread faster by hetero people, just so some people know.....

As for the agenda? as long as a gay guy or gay woman isn't thrusting their bits in my face then i don't care what they do, some people are just too sensitive about gay people, you don't see people complaining about how hetero people are fluanting what they do in public do we?

Time to grow up people and just accept that there are things in this world we have no control over and other people will live their life in a way that makes them happy

Op doesnt say it should be hidden. But it shouldnt be shoved down our throats constantly either. im against gay marriage but people think i hate gays for this. im infact against all marriage....

wow, i never get when i hear the phrase " constantly shoved down our throats". do you know what the word constantly means? If that is your real pic on your avatar i can understand why you are against marriage.

You are painting with a pretty wide brush there. Not all of us heteros are so mystified and unnaccepting. I am sorry about the ones that are though and all the hell they put gay people through, particularly young gay people.

Hey.. what's that supposed to mean. If/when I decide to have kids they will be raised completely unprejudiced and I won't be forcing them to be anyone that isn't themselves.

I don't think many of these posters have been to the heterosexual meat markets - - called bars.

Gay people want rights. If people want to boycott and anti-gay restaurant that is their choice. If people want to boycott a pro-gay restaurant because it is against their beliefs that is their choice, too.

What I don't understand is... a restaurant is a place for eating, why are they announcing their position on sexuality rather than just doing their job? I mean, they have freedom of speech to do so if they want, but don't they know they'll lose customers?

If I owned a restaurant and I was a Christian for example, I wouldn't feel the need to make an announcement saying "Jesus is the only way" because I know I'd lose customers from people of other religions.

www.youtube.com...

I know that's an extreme example and the character portrayed is meant to be satire, but it's not far off from what some gay guys act like in public.

No.. it was to get off. It was never to procreate. See we have a choice now. I am aware of subconscious desire and what drives sex, but you see I am a conscious human being and when I had sex it was because I wanted to get off and therefore it was never my intention to procreate. So no, it wasn't a joke.

If it WAS to procreate I wouldn't have taken steps to avoid it you see.

Fox.. you are aware that there are a few species that have sex solely for pleasure right? You have got to believe man.

Yes yes yes they are. Gay parades, gay bike rides, gay characters in nearly every TV show and movie, repeated gay marriage props (which get voted down every time). All of it together equals what we call an agenda? If it isn't to try to get more people to accept homosexuality as normal then what is it for?

Have you ever seen a parade of heterosexuals with signs talking about how normal it is and how great it is?

i guess you have never been to NY, they have a parade almost everyday. damn irish, why they have to go around being so damn iriish with their Irish agenda
LOL just kidding i am irish , so that makes me a self hating irish. once again your argument has no valid points and you make yourself look silly

I'm going to use a different example to show you how you are wrong.

Let's say we have a restaurant owner who hates blacks. He makes a public statement that blacks are inferior to whites, and blacks deserve to be second-class citizens. There will be plenty of people who will be angry about that statement, no? Those people may very well decide not to spend their money at his restaurant. Are those people bad for doing that?

Now, let's say this same restaurant owner believes in equality for blacks, and makes a public statement that blacks deserve to be treated with equality and respect. Let's say there are a group of people who hate blacks, so they decide not to spend their money in this restaurant. Who are the bad guys here, the restaurant owner who believes in equality, or the people who hate blacks?

When you are advocating removing someone's rights, it is to be seen as small-minded and bigoted. Small-mindedness and bigotry should not be rewarded.
