Librarian Jane Kerry finds an envelope addressed to her left on her chair. Inside the envelope is a fifty dollar bill and a note that reads: Come and play with me. For further instructions, look homeward, angel. You’ll be glad you did.

(Alternatively, the person looking for new people "to make more money"..would need to do that on a huge scale, eg. handing bills to tons of people..to have a remote chance that one of them (WITHOUT any help, alone)..would figure out the code. Here also, chances are slim to randomly get some nerd who is skilled enough to figure out the code)

I can read the word ЖИВ РАКЕТА or (zif raketa) the line before the last at the bottom. It means "Alive rocket".
Its in my language (macedonian) but Im pretty sure in all of the cyrilic languages the word rocket is the same. Not sure about the first word (Zif) though, it could mean something else in another language.
And at the last line at the bottom I can see the letters Ш , Б , Ф, Р or sh, b, f and r in western font.
Maybe it means something.
