In my opinion- Thats not correct. I think you would have to know more about the homeless guy before you could break his code. Did anyone find someone to run the serial number off the 50 dollar bill? You can run it through NCIC.

i'm curious now why the guy was getting death threats and if that was even true.

I think there is a class of homeless people that are homeless simply because they are honest, generous, and simply lack the aggressiveness necessary to thrive in their environment.
