I am a huge fan of the zombie apocalypse. If we were to have an apocalypse, I'd want mine to be zombie.

Now your post is thread-worthy all on it's own, and I am sure that the CDC has a host of vials that'd make zombies look like. . . . well, fluffy bunnies, but the current crop of zombie de jure is merely nut-weasels.

Being charged with child molestation is one of the most effective charges to bring against someone if you want to utterly destroy their reputation and credibility. This is why parents will accuse the other parent of molestation during a divorce. It's also one of the hardest to prove as it doesn't always leave physical evidence behind and you go on the word of a young child who doesn't always know how to explain what happened (being a victim of child rape (I hate the term "molestation"), be assured that I am not accusing the child victim of lying)...ESPECIALLY when a woman is accused of it.

Not saying she's guilty or innocent, but the counter argument you presented seems valid. Before I had read the next paragraph, I was wondering what kind of idiot would post on his linked in profile that he was fired for insubordination!

That said, I'm a firm believer that our government is rampant with pedophiles and sexual deviants because of the secret societies they are connected to. But that's another thread...

It depresses me that the CDC has to make this announcement in the first place.

I hope they run tbh. It would get SO boring after about a month if they were the run of the mill slow lurching moaning zombies.

Im hoping for a mix of 28 days later with a sprinkle of resident evil mutations. You'd have to be a total asshat to get killed by a bunch of zombies that can barely walk. just close a door behind you or climb a ladder or stand on top of a car.

I feel like it would be over too quick in north america if the zombies were slow movers, there are guns EVERYWHERE here people would just walk around in packs picking off everything no problem.

Really? They never heard of rabies? OR drug-induced psychosis? Or paranoid schizophrenia?

Sure, reanimating the dead is pretty lame, but "zombie-like symptoms" can come from any number of places. Not to mention, this hysteria was their idea, and now it has come home to roost! "Be scared, be prepared."

Yeah, that's true but I'm in the UK so we probably wouldn't last long with 28 days later zombies, as shown in the movies. There aren't guns everywhere here.

Anyways, this trend of weird stories is probably try to take attention away from the fact that we are on the verge of economic collapse. Gold went up over 70 dollars today. I think the fecal matter is approaching the rotary impeller.

Zombies don't eat people, ghouls eat people. The undead in the original George Romero movies ("Night of the Living Dead" and "Dawn of the Dead") are very specifically identified in those films "ghouls."
