it was back in Hershey Pennsylvania, during the summer vacation period,
(june-july or august)
there was a rather rare 'Northern Lights' phenomena that year,
where the 'fire-engine red' sky happened one evening.

its been so long ago...
i can't recall if it was a Barry Lurtsmer or a Barry Lundquist
who was with me at a dairy farm called 'Swatara' or (6-B) in the
Milton S. Hershey School System. (we were the only two
resident-students, not yet on vacation with parent or relatives)

But, we both saw the series of high altitude aircraft & contrails
quietly & stealthfully injecting 'something' into the atmosphere.
That 'something' was sure to percipitate downward, to eventually
be breathed into our, and an unsuspecting populations lungs.

like i said, a l-o-n-g while back,
say 1960 or 1961, check when an Aurora Boreialis was
visible ; both in Hershey Pa, and in early summer

i disagree that chemtrails are a hoax

My company does not make a B747 "supertanker" or any thing other than passenger or freighter versions, and no other company or contractor has modified any B747 for such a purpose.

But given that you are seeing "chem-trails" at such a low altitude, why is it that no one in the "chem-trail believer community has ever collected any of this "chem-trail" residue in situ after all these years?

I have to tell you, for someone that was an engineer for Boeing, I cant believe you have NEVER heard of this aircraft? Click the link there lunkhead no wonder you cannot put the whole chemtrail issue together in your head, you claim to be an expert when it comes to aircraft, act cival then log on as apc to put people down. I stand corrected, Code 3. It appears that there is such an aircraft.

Now, while we're at it, can you explain how a large tanker used for fighting forest fires with a single centerline nozzle can be also used to spray "chem-trails" which, as all the believers say, come out of the jet engines?

And, getting off the subject, I can see that you're a bit of a newbie here. I would suggest you avoid personal insults; they reflect poorly on you.

There is no testing of “chem.-trail” fallout. Let’s read what your Mister Dickie did, but first let’s see just how reliable and knowledgeable he is.

But he’s wrong.

Why would that be, ANOK? Is it that this guy who you seem to accept as a really knowledgeable witness doesn’t know basic stuff about his own job – or maybe it’s just someone that Thomas made up?

Now let’s look at what brother Dickie was supposed to have done:

He collected some snow that was lying on the ground. You or he or anyone else has no idea how long the snow was there, or whether the barium and aluminum had come from the air or, if it did, whether there was any correlation between barium and aluminum and “chem-trails”, right?

Are you aware, ANOK, that barium is one of the largest particulate pollutants of discharge of drilling wastes; discharge from metal refineries; erosion of natural deposits? I mentioned that earlier and gave you a link, but you never responded.

I wonder why not….

Anyway, here’s what the report says:

”This reporter has obtained copies of lab tests conducted on snow samples collected by the city of Edmonton, Alberta between Nov. 8 - 12, 2002. The tests show unaccountably elevated levels of aluminum and barium. Norwest Labs lab report #336566, dated Nov. 14. 2002 found:
Aluminum levels: 0.148 milligrams/litre
Barium levels: 0.006 milligrams/litre”

Of course, we don’t get to see that report, and when I checked out Norwest Labs (which is a water-testing lab, by the way) and asked for a copy of the report, they did not confirm that such a test had actually taken place, just that they do not release privately contracted reports to anyone.

How convenient!

But, interestingly enough, ANOK, when I looked at the EPA’s maximum recommended amount of pollutants in drinking water the amount for barium was 2 mg/liter^3. This is better than a thousand times more barium than was found in your so-called “unaccountably elevated levels” of barium! ( www.epa.gov... )

And when I looked at the maximum EPA amount for aluminum it was (look on page 6-7 of www.epa.gov... ) 2 mg/liter^3, which is 25% higher than your so-called “unaccountably elevated levels” of aluminum!

In other words, ANOK, those levels were completely normal. The entire argument falls apart like a cheap suit in a steambath.

ANOK, you’ve been scammed again, by the very same “chem-trail” dirtbags that you are trying to defend!

Why do you keep falling for this stuff, ANOK?

I think the reason that frauds like Thomas manage to get away with their lies is that they know that most people – including you – just don’t bother to actually do any research (which took me about ten minutes, not counting the time I spent explaining it) because you will believe, not what is true, but what you want to believe.

ANOK, we are supposed to be denying ignorance.

You refuse – over and over again – to do any research at all. Even though you like to think of yourself as a “seeker after truth”, you’re not.

I dont do that, if someone starts to show me those type of cowardly traits, I will then say what I feel, because my friend, I am a man. Do you see the difference between covert hostility that a shadow of a man uses and the overt hostilty (when deserved) that A man uses ? So dont tell me what looks good and what looks bad. Covert hostilty and social bullying is something that is sneeky, backstabbing, underhanded and very non-heroic.

Interesting.. the link (heh) for the original article is an empty directory on some ISP. Also a quick google search of the author, William Thomas, yielded this equally interesting tidbit (the first search result):
worldzone.net...

The author is a businessman, and a conman. Just take a peek at every parent directory of that mandalavillage.org url... all it's missing is Miss Cleo.

I do believe this would imply that this particular bit of information has quite the lacking in credibility. Naturally one could verify the accuracy of information from the stated NorWest lab, but "Deep Sky" is probably a little hard to get ahold of.

Right. When you get angry with someone, you call him names and that makes you a man. Whatever.

You seem to be very insistent that everyone believes you're a man.

First I have never needed to prove anything, I have busted into enough fires to know where I stand.

Putting people on ignore: I put the three stooges on ignore because it is such a big waste of time, it doesnt matter what I say to them they will twist and spin and frankly I dont like to chase my tail.

Now about the B747, I never said the trail this craft prouced was from the centerline nozzle, you did!! I said that this aircraft looked like a B747, it was trailing out of all four General Electric, Pratt & Whitney, or Rolls-Royce engines, depending on what the particular heavy was outfitted with.

I know aircraft probablly better than you. I know what it takes to produce a contrail. I know what a contrail looks like. I know what cirrus clouds look like. The anomolies I have witness are non of these.

This 747 was flying very low and was not producing any contrails until it reached a certain point int the sky, it then sputtered this crud out of all four engines with a vortex coming off of one, then in a split second started blowing a thick mass. Before it disapeard over the horizon the wind blew the trail down range across the sky really fast. Not long after that it came back and did the same thing but in a slightly different altitude and this time the trail stayed there all day until it spread over more than half of the sky.

It was very surreal and downright creepy, I cannot explain how or why it is being done, only that I see it happening from time to time. Most days we have no jet traffic, I am to far north of the main corridors. The only jet traffic we get is private jets or military from a base that is 200 miles northeast of me.

I spend a lot of time outside when I am at the firehouse, and I see more than most have a chance too. I witnessed this anomoly before I ever read about it.

What else can I say?
