OP, I suggest learning ancient Greek and Hebrew. Learn who wrote what, why and when. That way you can read the Bible in their original languages.

Most know that the Bible's Narratives were all written by men and some of these writings were considered to have come from a Divine Inspiration as these men sought to pontificate on what god was and wasn't.

God didn't write any of the Bible's works and people that tell you that God did tell lies and don't understand religion. imho

The particular 66 books of the Bible were sorted from perhaps 666 books of the times that tell the rest of the story, but the 66 that were chosen were mostly to support Babylon's games for Roman Empire.

The New Testament stands in opposition to the Old Testament's areas that involve the Babylon Talmud's perversion of religion into Satan.

Revelations is about the disaster that occurs as the illiterates of religion have stood around and let Jesus' message be taken over from within by Satanic Babylon substituted for Jesus more pious truths.

But, as this thread shows, many are waking-up to these untruths and the use of false teachings in religion to attempt to take control of the world via the same economic tyranny and waring methods of Babylon.

The huge number of stars for the second remark that opposes the OP's first remark speaks to the fact that ignorance won't be validated as everyone sees what has really been allowed to happen.

Thomas Jefferson cut out the areas of the Bible that told Jesus was God, and in doing so he opposed the dirty deeds from the times of Constantine and the Council that tried to fashion Jesus into the image of Babylon's Nimrod and Tammuz as god and trinity. Jefferson also put in other wise issues in the Constitution to guard the US from falling into Satan's grip and making the US economic slaves and strealing or freedoms. These wise efforts appear to have been cast aside also by those so ignorant of Jesus in religion.

Yet, these false Christians stand around with hands in their pockets feeding the Beast that seeks to enslave them. imho

There are ways to overcome ignorance and misleading issues in the Bible's Narratives via education and reading beyond the one book. Some interesting reading for those that seek to venture beyond the darkness of one book and into the light of all knowledge:

These truths tend to set one free of the oppressive issues in the Bible that too many miss due to ignorance,

Its very interesting what you find in the bible when you use blacks law dictionary along with it. I have a friend who everyone deems as a "nut" but he has pointed out an interesting number of findings while using the BLD along with the king james version of the bible. do a little research on your own and you may be surprised at how much "word magic" references you will find that mimic many of our laws (state and federal) today.

Naaa, just grab a Lexicon or download ESword. That's a lot easier.

I couldny have said it any better, OP wants to deny ignorance, yet ignorantly beleives everything he heard about the bilbe, even though i gurantee hes never read it all like i have, where i drew a logical conclucsion that it was written by people, for people, to keep people in order where the law of man would not... it really is that obvious, and yes, you really are that ignorant.

The whole bible is prophetic , and in my opinion the verse means the whole Bible . The words that are in italic in your bible are that way to let you know they were added to make the sentence flow from the original languages . Look in the front of your bible and there will be a disclaimer stating exactly that.

I think I said that already:

Furthermore I have older versions of the KJV that show were words were added by the interpreter as italicized words.

This is what I have been saying from the very beginning that words have been added to help the sentence flow. If a translator "adds" a word to the book to help the sentence flow would not the punish befall them set forth in Revelation? They are adding words. I believe we are on the same page just looking at it from different directions.

It's not poorly articulated, you just choose to interpret it based on your own biased perspective. Taking anything out of context is a sure way to misinterpret something. In other words, you are wrong.

that's why the added words are in italics. So the reader knows they are added words. You cannot have a literal translation from Greek to English without adding words. Some Greek words take several English words to explain. It's the fault of English being a very lazy language and Greek being ridiculously precise.

Thomas Jefferson was a freethinker not a "Bible Believing Christian" and this can be seen in his writings.

Yes, you're correct, Thomas Jefferson mutilated his Bible with a scissors. Cutting out things he rejected.

Negative
Use all the words needed to relay the original message of Gods word. No translation is word for word come on.

You're right about tithing. It's not commanded in the New Testament, but Jesus did teach to be generous to the poor and needy, and the apostles did teach that the Christians should provide for the needs of their minister (in the biblical context, the minister was simply an elder who took on the roles of preaching and teaching). Throughout the entire NT the general command is to be generous with what we have and to take care of each other's needs, specifically the needs of the brotherhood (other believers).

On the issue of Hell, however, you are mistaken. Jesus spoke repeatedly of Hell (Gehenna) and actually did so more than any other person in the NT. Hades (Greek for the OT Hebrew concept of Sheol) is not Hell but an intermediate state/place where the dead wait for the final judgment. Jesus warned about judgment and punishment over and over. His teaching were later repeated by Paul in many of his letters as well as the judgment scene we read about in Revelation.

Thomas Jefferson was a highly read, highly educated person that used all his knowledge to sort the wheat from the chaff in religion, as well in values for Government.

Jesus was also highly educated in the pious values of religion and sought to correct the wrongs of Judaism,

Jefferson and Jesus had much in common as both saw the same evil and did their best to point it out and cast it out.

Today, we still face this same evil that each of them sought to make known. So, history repeats and the issues of greed and money still assault us each day due mainly from those that remain ignorant of the religion issues that these two prophets so well worked against.

Jefferson made the grave mistake that many people make when reading the Word. Instead of reading and letting the Word change him to God's liking, he got out his scissors and changed God's Word to his liking.

Indeed he was, but that didn't mean he should've made chop salad out of his Bible.

The problem of the historicity of the Bible is exactly the same today as it has been since the days of the first apologists. One reads the Bible and decides for himself what is history in it and what is allegory, and what is myth, and what is legend, and what is interpolation.

Bias is defined as a tendency to hold a particular view to the exclusion of equally valid alternatives. Under the assumption that you believe the Bible's teachings and no other scripture, I would conclude that your bias is stronger than mine.

My views are formed by examining multiple possibilities and accepting ideas which are confirmed by multiple sources and which feel right in my heart. My only bias is that truth can only be found by expanding one's horizon, not in holding fast to a single stagnant belief system. One could call it a bias towards the removal of bias.

Whats in my heart is true. Whats in my mind is left to question. Jesus Christ has my heart and therefore is true. I know one day that we all shall answer to Him for He answered for us. I will not turn my back on Him and i will continue to try and help turn them back to Him. I don't care how much history somebody thinks they know when it comes to the bible unless they've read it then they know no history. I know deep down that even atheists still think about God otherwise they wouldn't deny Him. I grant you most atheist have never pick a bible up. But yet they want to claim they don't believe. Who cares what people think? And thats what their worried about. What people will think of them. Oh they'll think I'm stupid or I'm weak or I'm a loser or I'm a wimp. I say owell cause I've m8 Jesus

I've read the bible OP, front to back, every book. I was raised Lutheran and went to church every Sunday for the first 20 years of my life. I was an alcolyte, an usher, went to catechism and took communion like a good little Lutheran boy. The bible is not a useless book at all I believe, it has real guidelines to live by as well as lots of history. But that being said I do believe that the teachings of Jesus have been hijacked and manipulated over the many years, and not by God at all. By men. Men who had an agenda by the way. I read an article one time that stated how many agnostics and athiests are much more knowledgeable about the bible and the events in it than the majority of christians. You don't come to the conclusion that the bible is a manipulation of God and jesus true teachings without learning about it.

You guys will find out soon enough that the bible is in fact the word of God , the age of man is coming to a close , prophecy is being fulfilled at brake neck speed . You can mock and doubt all you want but when you see a guy calling himself the Mahadi and all of Islam believing this then the end is just around the corner , I am estimating two to three years tops.

What is meant by Recelation 22:19 is changing the meaning to other than what God wanted as to deceive the reader with a lie , as what's been done to all versions of the bible after the King James version . Here is a link to show you how profound this changes are www.av1611.org...
