You used your own source of protection, just like me, when you saw scary things: The Sheets. LOL I've hidden under them many times during my life. Sounds silly now, thinking that hiding under the sheets will save us.

I have to go to bed now for work in the morning. Going to work on a Monday is a frightening thought. I will hide under the sheets and see what happens.
Will report results of experiment tomorrow (which will be Saturday if it all goes to plan)

Say what?!
Are you planning some kind of time traveling experiment? If so, I hope you find your way back.
Good night. LOL

Yesterday afternoon something freaky happened at my house.

My aunt's maid came to my house with her lil boy, to deliver some food from my aunt. I told her to come in and wait while i was cleaning up the food containers, she's waiting at the dining room with her kid, and walking around the back porch to see some fish in aquarium. Suddenly her kid was crying like crazy. I thought he's thirsty so i gave him water and some snacks, the mother took him quickly to the front porch. I asked why but she just smiling and chuckled.

The next day she told my aunt that her kid saw a man moving his body at 2nd story. He saw that person from nearby the stairs. That someone wore white shirt and had no head.

Yesterday i was alone, there was nobody upstairs.

Btw, this isnt the first time guests saw something unusual at my home. But to me it was the freakiest.

I have seen so called ghosts, been under demonic attack while seeing ufo's, seen angels using the I love you hand sign, they are messengers of God so that was kind of uplifting, never told anyone becouse people are so against these things, my faith in God comes from these happenings, funny thing is I dreamed of these things then they happened. I have no idea why or for what reason other than I once asked God to stop messing about and tell me the truth, been through alot over the past 10 years, under spiritual attack alot. I will tell you what they do, they try to affect your sleep patterns so to make you weak, there was one point in my life where I had to drink just to sleep, I remember once when I was under attack and the tv turned over by its self to a radio station to someone talking about psalm 25 a prayer of David and my name is also David. God is with me that is a fact , guys on here will probably rip me to death now but that is ok. There is no truth like the truth we go through, the Lord does show us but it is a very hard thing to deal with, Jesus Christ is Lord I know that for a fact, it is a very hard thing to know that God is real becouse they know you know and that is war all your life, you may say what a load of rubbish. If there was not God then I would be completely destroyed, he gives me the ability to move forward and keep moving, I fall, fail and sin, they never give up and this is what the true walk with Almighty God is. Maybe you will say I am crazy, stupid or full of crap and that is ok but I know and that is all that matters, my whole family are non believers and this is my war, we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against spirits of wickedness in high places, he was right about that.

Hi Sled
The link is to a dream about spiders in a maze of backyards on p86 Bayy007 posted, I just happened to have a spider dream last night - not a bad one, none of my paranormal encounters have been malevolent and never have bad dreams - but will post in case you are still doing dream analyses.

I had found a spider web in my mouth while I was sleeping. Took it out, and it was rigid so it came out in one piece. Then I thought, well there's got to be a spider in there somewhere, and sure enough one started coming out - I was watching all this from 3rd person.
And the spider was beautiful, a small orb the size if a marble all the colours of the rainbow. After it had come out I thought "well I had better do something about it, else it will just make another web in my mouth!
But it had gone, no sight of it, and that's all I remember.

But I enjoyed the synchronicity of having this dream then reading Bayy007's post next day. Hopefully your interpretation of her dream is on a page I am about to read.

PS - complete failure of experiment, had to go into work on Monday, on top of that got scolded by the boss for turning up in my pyjamas as I was convinced it was Saturday morning.

Welcome back, Aphon.

Yes, children do have a keener sense of the spiritual realm. I can say this wasn't a residual image the child saw because no one can walk around without their head. LOL
It could be a mischievous spirit trying to scare the kid for laughs, or it could be that this ghost was trying to show someone that he had his head chopped off and wants to tell his story.
Hard to say what the purpose was.

If you start having more activity, I would suggest bringing in a medium to communicate with him. Sometimes that's all they want; sometimes they have to go to extremes to get people to pay attention to them. That doesn't mean they are evil.

Thanks for sharing.

Welcome to the thread, Saylesie17.

Now, why on earth would I call you crazy for believing in God? I know there are a lot of people who don't, but I think it has more to do with not believing a certain "religion" than with God him/her self. I choose to call him/her, Source, or the Creator.

My whole family is quite "religious", and I used to be, but now after years of research, I call myself a spiritual person, but not a Christian, even though I do believe in Jesus and his TRUE teachings.

Every person is here to learn from their own particular soul journey in this lifetime. Sure, some have different beliefs. I think it is a path we all chose before coming here to help us better learn our lessons... whatever our personal beliefs are.

I don't judge people for what they believe. We all walk our own walk through this life and hopefully learn what we came to learn.

Thanks for sharing.

Hello, 12ARC. I like your sense of humor.

Let me know if you get any insight from the post you were about to read.
Your dream had a message for you, otherwise you wouldn't have had the synchronicity of dreaming the dream then seeing a post about it here.
If memory serves me, I came across more information about spiders in dreams after posting my reply to Bayy007.
Some people have much more knowledge about them than I do.
I can give you an interpretation if you don't read anything that "rings a bell" for you, but it may take me a while to do it.
Let me know.

And... remember to get dressed tomorrow before heading to work. I'd hate for you to get fired.

This sums it up for your dream quite nicely:

To dream that a spider is in your mouth symbolizes your control over a situation. You are not afraid to exert your dominance in a relationship.
You said, "The spider was beautiful, a small orb the size if a marble all the colours of the rainbow."
Every color has a significant meaning. It seems you have then all under control.

I found the following to be quite "funny":

To see a spider spinning a web in your dream signifies that you will be rewarded for your hard work. You will be promoted in your job or recognized for your achievement in a difficult task.

Maybe you will be rewarded for showing up to work wearing something other than your PJs. ROFL!

I think youre right. The "other beings" that stay at our house are sometimes mischievous, but dont physically want to harm us. We had a paranormal friend came by a few years ago, he sprinkled salt at every corner in our house, and around the house like making a fence. He also planted an egg at our front yard. But then he died, and my mom suddenly wanted to dig out the egg, and i helped her out (dunno why), we threw away the egg.
Sometimes i wish id never did it.

I had never heard of that either, so I went looking to see what I could find out.

In Celtic magic eggs represent new beginnings, so maybe it was used in this ritual as a new beginning.

However, in Asia eggs are known to be one of the foods needed to summon the devil or jinn, especially chicken eggs. If this person summoned the evil spirit into the egg, they buried it to keep it from roaming freely.

So, it could have been either of those two things, I suppose. I think the latter was probably used.

I LOL'd at the pyjama promotion idea as well. Too funny!
Do I remember your dream analysis for Bayy007 mentioning that spiders represented the feminine energies? If so, and you say that I am in control over a situation, then that is quite reassuring, as my mum is slipping into dementia with me 6 hours drive away and no useful relatives or neighbours nearby. I am having to try arrange everything from down here in Somerset, and can't leave because of work.
This involves calling doctors and social services etc and is quite stressful, but hopefully will be sorted out soon.
Many thanks for taking the time on that one.

The proof of your analysis on Bayy007's dream would be in her reply, but I don't think I have seen that yet.

Btw there is a paranormal story coming up about my user name, which I will get to at some point, but I don't like it and can't change it. If you want to just call me Andy that would be cool.

Hi Saylesie17

I enjoyed your post, although paragraphs and spacing make long posts easier to read.

But I thought you be interested to know that I have never been to church, not brought up to be religious, have no religious back round at all...

And yet, completely independently, through all the books I've read and my own reasoning over the years, I am absolutely sure of the truth of all you said. Jesus is with us for sure, and is in authority over this world.

Not going to church doesn't make me a bad person - I just prefer the freedom to come to my own conclusons, and maybe the time is here to stand on our on two feet and not rely so much on higher authorities to guide us.

Before he buried it he was saying prayer to the egg.

Sorry to hear about your mom, Andy.
Hopefully, this dream will help you feel better about the situation.
Is there any way to move her closer to where you are? I'm sure that would ease your mind a lot to have her nearby where you could check on her from time to time.

As for Bayy007's reply, sometimes members forget about posting here and I never see them again for several weeks, then they suddenly pop back up. LOL I don't remember if she ever came back. If you come across it at some future point, please let me know, and also, let me know the page it's on.

You have my curiosity up concerning the story about your user name.
Guess I'll have to wait until the weekend, huh?

In the meantime, enjoy reading the thread, and I'll see you here later.

So, I guess it was done to represent "new beginnings" then, which is a ritual used by Pagans.
I believe a lot of what the Pagans do, although I'm not up to full speed on all their teachings.

I do know that Wicca is often misunderstood to be a type of black magic, which simply is not true; just the opposite, in fact.

If anyone wants to read up on it, here is a link: Learn About Wicca

When I was young, my family home had miles of state woods behind our house. Me and my brothers would all swim in the river. The peculiar part was that seemingly randomly placed "graves" as we called them dotted the trails. They were all about 3-6 feet deep and about 6 feet long maybe only 2-3 feet wide. My oldest brother told us they were leftover from houses that were supposed to go up but this made no sense at all. I don't know how he would have even gotten access to that information as he was only 15 at the oldest. And these wood had no signs of construction at all. The weird ones were the ones that had people's clothes in them.

Over the summer, me and my friends were in New Hampshire on a vacation we were camping and, because of there being so little light pollution, I decided to watch the stars. After maybe 30 minutes I saw an object zoom by. It was the color of starlight but much bigger. From my position on the ground, it seemed to be maybe a little smaller than a dime and was perfectly round it flew past at at least 2 or 3 times faster than any plane I've ever seen.

Several months ago, I was on my back porch, smoking a cigarette when I saw a red light glide just over the tree line, slow and silently. I grabbed a pair of binoculars and looked at it. It was a diamond shaped craft with a large red light at the top and bottom and the two sides had yellow lights of a smaller size in a ring shape. It moved by completly silently it must've been making a wide turn because as I watched it slip out of my sight, it listed to the left. And took off.

3 months after the above UFO I saw what I believe to be the same craft descend through a cloud and land beyond the woods. Me and my friends briefly contemplating going after it but the woods were thick it was late and we all had to be up for work in the morning.

About 5 weeks ago I woke up in the middle of the night to what sounded like a person coming down my stairs into my bedroom. Before the figure even touched ground, it was at the side of my bed and I was latching face down perpendicular to it. I opened one eye to see a black silhouette put away what looked to be a needle. It looked into the back half of my room (the storage room) and was gone as quickly as it came. I don't know if I fell back asleep or what but the next thing I remember I was standing in my living room at 6:19 AM. I have yet to have any other experiences.

A few things. Two of these I forgot to add and only remembered recently. The other happened only two weeks ago.

When I was young. I spent my fridays at my grandmothers house because my parents worked all day. One time I was in her guest room playing a video game when I heard someone say fom the stairwell: "is someone up here?" I didn't answer back I sat there frozen for a minute. It was a mans voice. My grandfather was at work and my grandmother was at the store. When she got home I asked her if she locked the doors before she left she said yes. I told her I heard the mans voice and she said "maybe it was Pop-Pop." (My great-grandfather who had recently died)

A month or two before the summer mentioned in the New Hampshire paragraph (so maybe early 2015? I'm bad with dates) my mom woke up at like 3 in the morning (for what reason she doesn't remember) to a pale, elderly woman in a pale blue dress with Snow White hair standing over her at the side of the bed. She gasped and shouted my dads name before he could wake up she rose up through the ceiling.

This next one didn't happen to me but it runs in my family and happened to my mom who is the only other person I know who has had more than one experience. When she was about 13 she and a bunch of other friends stayed over a friends house and they slept in sleeping bags on the back deck. There was (I've never heard anyone I my age group talk about it but then again no one in my circle came from her side of town) a rumour that during the colonial era, a native woman was paddling a canoe down the river during a storm. The canoe capsized and the mother lost her very young daughter. The legend goes that on rainy nights, you can hear the daughter crying. Well they did. My mom and all her friends swear they heard a little girl crying "mommy!"

And I don't know if this counts but my Pop-Pop (my great grandfather who passed on) I was never very close to. I was only about 11 when he died and he lived in Philadelphia so I never really got to know him but according to my parents he had a special interest in me. Every time someone brought me up to him he said "that boy is very special. He's very important to this family." I'm 23 now. And I'm not an outright failure. Rather normal. So I don't know what he saw in me.

Hey Sled. No we never told anyone about the ditches I don't think. And that's a possibility with the dark figure. But my only question is why would it not find me until almost 10 years later? And I haven't seen him since. I just posted an update about my experiences I forgot to add a couple the first time. Go check Em out!
