God's Judgment on homosexuality.

Could any one of you "christians" that argue against being gay show me where your lord said homosexuality is not allowed?

Considering God made homosexuals as he also made hedrosexuals...

But the hate really has got to stop from the religious side because in case they haven't noticed, it hasn't got them anywhere and from what I read and hear is completely against what Jesus taught.

I'm really sorry you see it as hate.. if Jesus himself appeared to you and said.."homosexuality really hurts me, and it is not the type of sexual interaction by father intended when he created mankind"..would you look at him and say.. "why are you such a hater jesus?"

Honestly I don't hold my nose up around gay people, I have a niece who is gay and I hug her when I see her and tell her I love her... but would I ever say .. "God doesn't care what you do sexually.. just be yourself"

No..I don't... because I think He does care..and its not about hating.. its about what He intended...and what He has taught is the right way.

*sighs*.. If I really hated gays.. I would tell them to just keep on living how they are.. because nothing matters to God.. then giggle with delight when they are confronted with the truth of how sad they have made our creator.

Those who hate are those who don't give a care about what happens to souls.. and laugh when they think of people in hell.

I will leave you with this. Since Paul is not my lord but I do understand him and know that he agrees with Jesus on every point.

2 peter 3:16 He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction.

I will give you credit Akragon for sticking to only the words of Jesus which make since. I wish more people who call themselves Christian would cross reference everything they believe Paul says with what Jesus says. Apparently you did this and realized that either Paul was teaching something other than Jesus or you didn’t understand him.

I know you only believe that Paul was teaching something other than Jesus and it is me that believes you don’t understand him. Just clearing that up before you do, since I know you won’t let that slip.

Many ignorant and unstable people have distorted Paul’s words. I believe they call themselves Churches.

Is food bad for us?.. Not when eaten with vitamins and nutrition in mind, in quantities that are healthy.

Exactly, it is just your belief and you are free to express, but when you keep telling people the same thing over and over you just become annoying.

It's just your belief and you have to respect that people have others. Leave those gay people alone and let them live in peace!

How did he intend it? Where does is say that there is an act of sex between a husband and wife that would be considered impure?

I think your heart is in the right place.

I would rather burn in christian hell than not be able to experience sex with the person I love and loves me.

If god thinks this is a sin and prefers I spend an eternity suffering because I loved someone, then god is a douchebag and doesn't deserve all the crazy worship it gets.

Jesus says that anyone who follows him is only to love. Posting examples where God is allowed to judge is not proving that we are not to love.

Unless you consider yourself an equal with God, you should not judge.

Again Jesus taught that we are only to love. Anyone who does anything outside of love has not listened.

Any other emotion you want to accuse God of should be left to his wisdom.

We are instructed to love even our enemy. Who then are we not supposed to love?

Can't you love this person without sex? I can understand a deep male bonding, or two souls so in sinc that they have an incredible love for each other... but do you really need the sex?

Its not about the love that He is upset.. its about the carnal pleasure . There are people who participate in orgies for extreme carnal pleasure that don't have one bit of love for each other.. but they love the lust.. and carnal pleasure.

*sighs*.. I'll just let God explain it in His own way...when the time comes to understand what He means for each individual... and try and pray for His will to be done.. in my life as well as others.

I'm sorry if I offended you.. and there is nothing wrong with loving someone.. it is a good thing.. but maybe we need to be careful how we express that love ...and not confuse it with lust... and that mistake happens in the relationships of men with women as well...as well as in our own imaginations with sexual thoughts and masturbation.

Did you read what I said.? You're doing alot of paraphrasing, you must have the entire bible memorized. Show me the word of GOD or JESUS, not sacgamer25.

God does alot, but the end result is love and forgiveness

I've sat back too long to hear people talk about judging in this thread.
Judging in the bible has a much more serious denotation. God soley reserves the right to send you to hell or raise you up to heaven. Pointing out sin in someone is not judging. How else would we serve God.?

But of course Jesus's word trumps all
Jesus did not condemn the judging/helping of others, he allows it but provides provisions and rules. Read matthew 7
By helping I mean recognizing sinful acts
I look at it like this, help yourself before you help others.

This is how the degeneration of modern society has gotten to such a drastic point. People are afraid to judge, you are misinformed people
