If "militias" are so well organized and truly want to protect their beliefs, the Bill of Rights and the Constitution - an American Spring would have risen after the passage of NDAA!!! I am confident that the Arab Spring came up when OWS sprung out globablly and the gov't became nervous about what is to come . It is apparent that their closed door agendas will "spring" possibly in 2 months since that is how long the gov't has extended the budget. The gov't has realized that Americans are fed up and needed to ensure that what ever actions they are planning they could carry out. (Maybe y the FEMA camps were created and why they have sent notices out to "internment/settlement" camps to be prepare to go full scale in 72 hrs. Because of American revolt or a bomb being dropped on the states?
The only way out of a great depression/globalfinancial collapse (from what we know other than QE) Is to go to war.
U.S. Chief-of-Staff tells CNN U.S. preparing for attack on Iran
America's most senior military official has indicated that the country is ready to engage in a conflict with Iran, if President Barack Obama were to give the signal.
General Martin Dempsey, chairman of the US joint chiefs of staff, said that the US military had reached a point where they were ready to execute force against Iran if necessary.
In an interview with US media in Afghanistan he said: "We are examining a range of options. I'm satisfied that the options that we are developing are evolving to a point that they would be executable if necessary."
Gen Dempsey said the US is collaborating with Israel in its intelligence gathering but reiterated that there are no guarantees the Israelis would inform the US before launching an attack.

Yeah wait for Obama's signal uh? Eh you scum, CONGRESS declares war, NOT OBAMA. Obama ain't freaking GOD.
Well, HE thinks he is. Remember Libya? Obama circumvented Congress for that one.
As it turns out, scrutiny begins at home. As the AP and others detailed, Romney's former employer and the company he founded had links to very recent Iranian business deals:
Romney joined Boston-based Bain & Co., a management consulting firm, in 1978 and worked there until 1984. He was CEO of Bain Capital, a venture capital firm, from 1984 to 1999, despite a two-year return as Bain & Co.'s chief executive officer from 1991 to 1992.
Bain & Co. Italy, described in company literature as "the Italian branch of Bain & Co.," received a $2.3 million contract from the National Iranian Oil Co., in September 2004. Its task was to develop a master plan so NIOC -- the state oil company of Iran -- could become one of the world's top oil companies, according to Iranian and U.S. news accounts of the deal.
Bain Capital, the venture capital firm that Romney started and made him a multimillionaire, teamed up with the Haier Group, a Chinese appliance maker that has a factory in Iran, in an unsuccessful 2005 buyout effort.
Caught flat-footed by his hypocrisy that took the AP less than a day to uncover, Romney feebly responded:
"This is something for now-forward. I wouldn't begin to say that people who, in the past, have been doing business with Iran, are subject to the same scrutiny as that which is going on from a prospective basis."
Announcing the Iraq war was ended, Barack Obama told US troops on 14 December 2011, "The United States military is the finest fighting force in the history of the world." What he didn't say is that since 1945 the US military has been directly responsible for the deaths of over 10 million people and that America has in that time overthrown 50 governments, including democracies, and intervened in at least 30 more. John Pilger has something to say about that.
As the Iranian revolution reaches a boiling point, a CIA 'exfiltration' specialist concocts a risky plan to free six Americans who have found shelter at the home of the Canadian ambassador.

The military needs to ARREST CONGRESS NOW before all hell breaks loose! The election is too far. The government won't listen to the protests... time for the army to step it up.

EDIT : Apparently they are ``planning`` for an attack on Iran, they have not ``decided to go all in`` yet.
Well here it comes. War before the election, bet on it.
No president has EVER LOST if the election happened during a war. Obama is going all in.
This is gonna be nasty. Hang on to your hats. Oil is gonna explode, Russia and China are gonna be pissed, the middle-east is about to turn into fire... a military draft is very possible...
Will we see false-flags to shut up whoever opposes the war (everybody)?? Probably.
The economy will crater that's for sure, but of course it will be blamed on big bad Iran...

Just note that December 24, there's no moon... perfect time for an air strike on Iran... and people will be distracted. IMO it's too close, but you never know with these bastards.

if there is another war I think we'd better think about what we're going to tell our kids when it's all said and done and why we didn't act sooner to make sure our government/military wasn't able to go through with it for the country's sake.
sure they can beat them logistically with tactical means and superior weaponry, but there would be no justifying the doubt in the hearts and minds of innocent Americans after.

IF and when they do decide to throw down, I think it won't be nearly as easy as Iraq and Afghanistan.
Iran will give them a run for their money I think. As you said, facing invasion, they will pull many people into the ranks to defend themselves.
Iran's military sucks, that is just fact. I love how people like to root for the underdog but Its going to be a blood bath on Iran. I don't want to see this happen any more than the next guy. Having spent quite a few years in the Army my self, I know its capable of.
