I'm canadian too and your nick is kinda unusual for a canadian. Anyway, I told you how the facts are since I'm a witness of the events. Maybe I was a bit harsh and I apologize if I offended you but believe me, witnessing what I did, marks you forever. I can't stand when people try to deny things that happened only because of a short sentence in Wikipedia or a book written God knows for what reason and part of what agenda. Considering the death of one person as crime and the death of thousands as statistics, is the biggest mistake we human seam to repeat. If we don't learn from history then one day we'll fall victim to the same history.

I believe Iran ties more morals to their decisions than the west. I mean they aren't so political correct as many believe. They'll die with their honor rather than capitulate to the west in anyway. They are Muslims.
They executed a political prisoner for using drugs when the UN said they should give her a honest trial.

Is Iran run by private interests? Do government and corporations work hand in hand? Does Iran exhibit jingoist policies? Is their government even on the extreme right of the political spectrum?

The term "fascism" kinda loses its impact when it is used to describe things for political convenience over political reality (kinda like the selective use of the term "genocide"). I'm not saying that Iran isn't fascist, nor am I even saying that fascism cannot be beneficial in some cases when conservatism is necessary to hold a country together, even for the sake of nationalism itself- I just want to hear you explain how Iran is fascist, or if you just label it as so because "fascism" is a nefarious term associated with bad governments.

They will not bow to western political correctness or ethics. They will not play that game.
They are like Nazi Germany. They have their own agenda, their own rules, their own life.

How are they "like Nazi Germany" when realistically, any nationalist country would defend themselves? Everything that you're saying Iran has in relation to Nazi Germany can be said for any nationalist country; I don't see why Iran gets the special Nazi treatment in use of terms.

According to RT it seems like it was general Moghaddam(1) who was assassinated. When a top official dies in an explosion and there is so many threats made against Iran, the evidence points to an assassination. This has Mossad written all over it. It might be some problems with human rights in Iran.

There is no guarantee that American control will do anything to remedy the situation on human rights. There is questions about human rights in both Iraq(2) and Afghanistan(3). The human cost of the invasion in Iraq has been high(4).

I think this coming war with Iran is about having the right amount of oil flowing on the market and shutting down the Kish exchange because they trade oil in other currencies then Dollar. (5) The oil-scam that is the reason for the war is quite elaborate. USA goes to war against countries so they can control the amount of oil produced in different countries. When the volume is too high, the price goes down. So, the wars are financed with the benefit USA gets from artificially low oil-prices and that the Dollar is the world reserve currency because of all the oil being traded in it.

We are one step closer to a war in Iran, and that is a bad thing for both the world and the Iranian people. If USA continues to bomb all the countries that have democratic riots, people will stop rioting. But, perhaps this was the plan all along? The smart thing to do would be non-intervention like Egypt or Syria. A war is a completely different beast then riots. Egypt was a good example, Libya was a bad one. International capital now controls the resources of that Libya.

No, because Iran doesn't have vast control of the media to spread their claims and evidence around- the West controls most of international media. If Iran did make such claims, then the West would simply turn the situation around on them, accuse them of provoking war, and attack. Iranians aren't stupid.

It seems to me that for the US or Israel to be involved there would have had to have been something significant as a target.

Unless one of you knows what the target was, simply blowing up a few weapons at a military base would seem to be a waste of resources.

I know that people love to blame Israel and the US but I kind of laugh when you try to blame the US and Israel for everything.
