If you're going to quote from the Holy Bible, use the KJV, NKJV, Douay Rheims 1899 translation. Don't use the NLT and the other versions that are a gross mutilation of the original texts. For your information that is the Old Testament and only applied to Jews. The Old Testament laws no longer apply and haven't for a long time. The truth of this was when God tore the curtain of the temple from top to bottom. Jesus Christ took on the sin of the elect & the whole world. If I recall, you only gave your word, not fact. Fact is backed up by sources and evidence, which you refused to provide. Your word that, I suspect, was shaped by what you were told by those who saw a few isolated incidents as a nation wide epidemic, or who took an innocent event and blew it out of proportion.

You must have missed where I used that as a means to show that both texts have these types of "rules" in their early parts that are both superceded by texts later in the books that advocate peace.

Please don't use religious belief as fact either. God tearing a curtain is not "truth", it's belief. Thank you.

There's no big deal about British Muslims. The only people who are concerned about Muslims in Britain, are the bigoted and those who fear people who are different to them.

You talk about the separation of church and state, but I don't see you saying anything about Christmas being a holiday, or having a day off of work or school for Easter, those are both religious holy days, just as Eid al-Adha is.

Is the point that the religious holy days that we celebrate here are Christian ones and that makes it okay, but it would be a bad thing to celebrate Muslim holy days?

I fear for America, it is so great to have our freedoms, as long as another's freedom does not infringe upon ours.

We were founded on various ideals, one of those was freedom of religious expression.

I may have agreed with you before I realized that it is not me personally that has turned the world, especially the Islamic world against all of America and that they vow to kill us or reform us and enslave us for their enjoyment, it was policy and war for oil, metals and goods.

There are plenty of references and celebrations of ancient beliefs and religion of ancient Babylon.
A lot of our country reflects that of the 'old world. No one makes a fuss about that. I am for freedom. I am however against any thing that condones violence, oppression, rule by fear & intimidation or that would desire to chip away at the foundation of this nation.
What I'm against is allowed in Islam, it does not go on in other faiths as a shared mindset. There will always be bad people laying claim to a particular belief system. The day Islam progresses is the day a church or synagogue is allowed in Mecca. The day it's no longer a crime to convert to Christianity or insult Muhammad.

Not all Muslims have that wrong mindset as like most so called Christians, they too are raised in a family of Muslim faith but don't really embrace it. So they can't honestly be called Muslim or Christian because it's only a label. No one has a right to not be offended. Christianity is mocked all the time, Oriental are made fun of, blacks, etc. What we must do is instead be an example of what we know is right through our conscience. What we do to another we do to our self.
