If you believe that it's nobody's business what a parent does to their child, then you must believe that it's no one's business if a parent rapes their child ( logically consistent with your statement ), or else you must believe that it is someone else's business if a parent rapes their child ( contradictory, and logically inconsistent with the statement which you expressed ).

The legality or illegality of an action is irrelevant to whether it's correct or not. Laws would hardly ever be changed if it wasn't for people who disagreed with them exerting the pressure to make the change.

I think you've misinterpreted the point of the rape argument. I'm assuming that you don't think that it's acceptable for a parent to rape a child without external intervention.

The point of bringing it up is to show how logically inconsistent your position is, not as some snide, unpleasant slur towards you.

Extrapolating the logic used in your statements surrounding your wish for no governmental authority over how someone can raise their children, leads to the conclusion that parents should be allowed to rape their children without state intervention.

If you honestly feel there's a difference, then I feel terrible pity for you.

One night I was walking along the street and I heard alot of shouting and screaming coming from inside a nearby house. I stopped and listened for a while. A mans voice was bellowing and shouting loudly at a woman who was screaming in fear. I heard things being smashed and thrown about violently. The woman was crying and pleading for him to stop hitting her etc etc. I just lit a cigarette and walked on by because I dont care to involve myself in and about such things.

more one sided story telling should call this public version of fox news. not stating your lieing but stating the facts are not so clear. i have 3 kids of my own and im very sure that this can be done by any kid that wants to get away with doing what ever they want with no punishments. today our schools teach kids they have more rights then the parents. and if they dont agree with there parents they do not have to comply with the house rules. from the way the video was made you can hear the father say i have already told you that your not allowed to do that and you did it anyway. when she was told to bend over and take her punishment she did not comply that was another reason why he got so pissed. in witch i understand. kids today need to learn when your busted you take the punishments and then move on and learn from them. some little hidden cam does not mean your going to get away with this crap even if you only show the part you want to show. she knew if she did this she was going to be in deep crap. accept the lesson and get over it.
Hey i got a idea lets setup a camera. rob a bank film the police arresting me outside of the bank cut out the part me robbing it and say the police busted me for no reason at all. and for the rest thats actually falling for this make sure your on my case so i can get away with this bank robbery..

This #head is lucky I dont live down there... Id love to see him one day just casually walking along. Im sure he will have to look over his shoulder for the rest of this unnatural life after this one. If you go to the county courthouse website, it even says not to contact them anymore over this situation... the truth hurts you dumb county #s that thought he was a good and rightous guy. What a POS

she's clearly a very forgiving person. no doubt he does need help; a lot of it. he also needs to be taken away so he can't hurt her anymore. put him on a fruit farm and let him do community service for 20 years or something..

This guy presides over child abuse cases? LOL the irony. I know the difference between a punishment and abuse. When i was a kid and got in trouble I would get whipped but my parents hated to do it.. sometimes they would even cry.. but they did it cause they knew they had to punish me. What this man is doing in the video is child abuse.

We really can't tell the parents to not hit her, it's not our business.. sure it's hard to watch but it's something that goes on in every house these days..

WOW!!!! That was hard to watch. I am so sorry for this little girl and anyone else that has to go through life like that.My parents never really hit me maybe once or twice when I was 5-6,but never like that. This hit A real nerve. I think you should not be physical with your child and I never laid one hand on my daughter. There are a lot better ways to get your kids to mind.Are you wanting your kids to hate you and for the ones that say its not are business nether was Hitler but if we didn't make it are business then how many more jews would have died ? My girlfriends auntie is a policewoman in spain.
When she was young a tragic event happend, her brother was walking home from work and run into some junkies.
They mugged him and threw him off a bridge. He died and was only 21 I think.
She joined the police because of that. A couple of years ago she got a call and had to go to a rough neighbourhood.
Five MEN beat her up. She shouldn't have gone alone. They beat her up with metal poles, kicked her head whilst she was on the ground.
She went to hospital, soon as she recovered she was back on the beat.

Now tell me how she is weak?

I think it does make a difference that the mother was there and in the interview she is sitting with her mother so she obviously forgave her.

Still, those little cameras amplify sounds since it is pretty much quiet then the belt noise comes in and the camera doesn't have a chance to recalibrate the audio level. Those little cameras self adjust the audio levels, but do so badly.

I dont agree with the punishment but a spanking like that is a lot better than what people get on the outside world.
