Anonymous On a Warpath With Zetas Drug Cartel After Kidnapping Of Group Member

No doubt zetas will release him. With that kind of threat everyone is in danger. The police will put pressure on them to release the captive, the gang will lose a lot of power with out the law and it would start another cartel vs government drug war.

And no better awareness of issues is created here in ATS. You have my condolences on your losses, but this fight against the brutal murdering drug cartel is not a lone vigilante issue to resolve. It needs MASSIVE support, garnering not just from here or the media, but WORLDWIDE, to defeat these beasts.

Calm down, and be glad that those here are even bothering to reply positively, in our often apathetic world. Help them to understand, to dispel their fears and yours, and encourage further positive participation, and we will make that change for a better world together with more participants, more than the cartel can ever muster, which begins with you and me, espacially over this issue that saw the sad loss of your friends..

Lorenzo and Miquel are not cops, they cops will know who the only clean cabdrivers in Mexico are when they get this list. How this has anything to do with protest hackers is beyond me. Just because someone in Mexico is kidnapped does not mean it is connected to the distribution of illegal drugs or any other organized crime. The press just lumps 'em all together. It just amazes me how many people think that a list of criminals presented to a group of criminals (the cops) is doing anything. All sound and fury, signifying nothing.

Well here it is, as expected. Anonymous made videos and threats that they would have facebook completely shut down by November 5th.

Then today I see this thread... November 5th..

How convenient, November 5th... Since they are all anonymous, they will never provide any proof of an actual kidnapping. And if this is actually true, boy are they messing with the wrong people.

If the US government wanted to know who the members of anon were then they could get that info, The US government has more advanced tech then they tell us. If they wanted the members of anon dead then they would have been a long time ago.

I have done plenty, i have removed their influence in some places,i have helped recover kidnap victims and i have prevented people from getting kidnapped among other things, things that have an effect unlike anonymous that will spam some BS across the internet before moving on to another "important" target. Maybe they will go after Microsoft next time over something with the Xbox.

fail, typical of anonymous supporters really. Your knowledge of guns and law enforcement probably do not extend beyond Call of duty and CSI. It does not surprise me that you think real life efforts that have a real life effect are unreal things that only happen in video games and TV. Get off the internet and into life anonymous has not even got their toes wet yet, hell they can't even see the water.

rest assure this will be the last you hear from the captive. unless you have a standing army in the thousands do not get in their way. the cartels do not take kindly to threats, in fact it is the most hated of all things you can do towards them. it will only be a few days untill we see this guy beheaded or found with his genitals in his mouth in a ditch. or maybe a public hanging for all to see. for those unfamiliar with the gruesome ways of execution they practice on their victims.these are just a few. hes lucky if they let his family live too. i support anonymous but i am very familiar with the cartels, and still have family in them. it is sad and my blood boils to see these people kill children and innocent people. my prayers go towards these people for this is no joke.

There is just as much chance of this story being a hoax as it is real. The video was originally posted on the 6th of Oct and so far there is a total lack of details in the video , no link to any reports of someone being missing, the person wasnt fully named plus many websites and Anon insiders are saying this is just not going to happen.

I mean does this really look like an official Anonymous video to you?

I think people are being way to shortsighted here in not questioning the authenticity of this Op.
