I almost mentioned the AK but thought you might turn it on me (pun intended).

Honestly seeing that the US and the Soviets were so isolated they probably came up with alot of the same technology and similar achievments. It was just never seen in the US for that same reason.

Actually,the Soviets were soooo isolated,that they copied alot of Western technology. They could never get the car right though.


I knew about the vaccine,but I dont chalk that up to Communism,I chalk it up to someone that valued human life.

In the books being equal surely looks and sounds good, until you try applying it to reality.

In reality, the factual differences between people do simply exist, and no matter how big of an idealist you are, you will not have equality until these differences are removed.

The list of the differences is a couple hundred points long, but here's two for you to start with:

- Languages
- Wealth

First you need to make sure all people of the world speak the same tongue. Not feasible. I predict technology will solve this sooner or later through translating devices. After that you need to create equal wealth before even thinking about telling people "You're all equal". With our current monetary system ? Not feasible. You need to get rid of the monetary system and go from there.

You see .. I just tried to think that through for about 5 minutes now, and the talk about getting rid of divisions looks more and more like wishful thinking while disregarding reality.

Over and over again I see us vs. them. Rich vs. poor. Haves vs. Have Nots. The only difference is 99% of that 1% is that they worked hard. They EARNED it.
And the "99" want to take that away?

Some have earned it however; many have stolen their wealth from the people through corruption.
The fact is it’s the 1% that’s wants to take away everyone money and the only thing some of these people understand is “more,” because enough is never enough, it’s an illness.

I don't think its the 99%. I think its 99.999% vs the 0.001%. People with a few million dollars are not the problem. Its the bilderbergers, trilateral comission, council on foreign relations, jp morgan, goldman sachs, etc that are the problem.

Many people are content to lick the boots of their masters as seen in this thread. The truth is there is no stopping this. The kids are pissed. They have been left with a broken planet and no hope for a future. Don't even sit there and whine because they have Ipods, be glad they have something to organize with. They don't care about your approval. I'm sitting her watching my child in his swing and honestly, i have no idea if he has any future worth having. Things just keep getting worse and worse. Peak oil, fukishima, peak water, rampant pollution, world war looming on the horizon...and all you people can do is talk about Capitalism or Socialism. You desperately cling to the old paradigm. Get it now-Both concepts are anachronisms and the kids don't give a damn about em'.
