I don't think it would be possible to travel into the past. There is too much room for paradoxes. Travelling into the future on the other hand, I think is a real possibility

I think you are mistaking the statement.
It appears you read it as the person was a Brig General for 33 yrs.

I read it as the person was an Air Force serviceman for 33yrs and retired a Brig General.

It's all in the semantics and interpretation.

Both my dad and my brother in law have dyslexia, and so they are pretty bad with spelling and grammar too.

Interesting, but too far off topic to really go into here.

I suspect Quantum Theory does allow for reverse time travel, avoiding paradoxes by the addition of a completely new dimension, without the causal effects of the paradoxical event being apparent.

The planes you speak about are being slowly confirmed through the media. They fly at 20 times the speed of sound and are supposidly unmanned they are code named AURORA and heres some info:

To hit a target anywhere in the world in an hour, the craft would have to be capable of, as you say at least 12500mph...i doubt this would be instantly achieved from take of or launch, it would probably have to build up to it's full speed.

So 15000mph is probably closer to it's cruising speed to achieve it in an hour.

There is so many things in this world that we can't even begin to comprehend and sadly will never know about. That's how the world goes on living their daily lives. This is ridiculous, so they tested a bottle rocket with C4 explosives and it went up to the 30th floor of a skyscraper, WOW! You can't 'scale this up' with nuclear bombs for a manned or any spacecraft! Today's school system is in total disarray!
