You do realize that the Zionists don't really have control of everything don't you? And when I say that I mean their are so few of them, they couldn't actually control people unless others allowed them a level of power to manipulate. It's funny to me when a person doesn't think for themselves. These books you all put your faith into and "know" are the word of God are ALL written by men. Just like you, just like me. It's that simple. Your relationship with your creator and what your purpose is in life is the most intimate question anyone can try to answer. Don't be a sheeple and let ANYONE but you answer that question. IMO if you do you have trivialized the most important question in life or are incapable of self identity.

I am not religious per se, though I am open minded. Thanks for sharing this with us; I had no idea Muslims stoned obelisks, very telling indeed.

That's a very interesting tradition. That is the one thing I have to give the Muslim faith: the traditions and just general quirky religious rites (but I think most religious rites are quirky regardless of the tradition, so it's nothing personal) are a lot more interesting than the ones in Christianity. Making a pilgrimage and throwing rocks at stone pillars is a lot more interesting than Communion or washing each other's feet.

Yes, and I keep coming to the same conclusion - The Anti-Christ will be Jewish, and Jesus will kill him once and for all. Jesus is in fact our Islamic Messiah (With the Islamic Caliph/Leader being the one who leads the fight against the Anti-Christ just before Jesus returns) so you are asking us to compare Jesus to the anti-Christ as one and the same thing. I was responding to a specific poster who made a broad statement that people have a choice in whatever god they would like to choose, unfortunately this is not the case if one is born into a muslim family.

Fortunately in more civilized nations one has the freedom to choose whatever god without fear of being killed by your family.

Yea you lack the passion because you likely live in America/somewhere with internet and have things to do all day. growing up in the streets of afghanistan being dirt poor and having to stay constantly alert so you don't die would give you a respect for something for letting you still be alive. Most christians pray that they can get their light bills paid or send their kids to college, not to survive the night.

The only good thing religion has done is sometimes it makes people do good things and have love and inspiration , we all know it feels good to help someone,which is the reason it is the only thing we still cling onto from the bronze age. If it takes telling people that a god is watching them 24/7 and there are different gods but only YOU know the answer, than so be it I guess.

That is not to forget the pure evil religion brought to this would resulting in millions of lives destroyed in the name of jesus or whatever

Exactly, What pride do you have in even saying you are a Christian or a Muslim ect? You are admitting you go with whatever is popular around you, and can live with the simplistic answer of reality

I have a problem with this. I have trouble distinguishing between the stoning of an obelisk and the stoning of people, both of which are ordained in the Q'uran.

Islam has no power in todays world. Saying the Anti-Christ will be a Muslim is childish and foolish. Regarding a thirst for war and using force, I don't know about others, but the first thing that pops into my mind is the CHRISTIAN West slaughtering and killing innocents in the Middle East using overwhelming FORCE. A number of Christians I know are peace-loving and good people, and the same can be said of Muslims and Jews. But as far as bodycount goes, the Christians have the Muslims beat probably a million-fold and revel in death and destruction as evidenced in Iraq and Afghanistan - And they are only the recent bloodbaths that they are directly linked to. Christian leaders are war-mongering, barbaric and evil in my opinion. Many of the wars today or over the last several centuries wouldn't have happened if this evil religion formed around a good man wasn't around.

I completely disagree with this. Labelling enables us to identify and relate similar concepts, items, people, belief systems etc and from which can expand such thought and bring identity to ourselves. By saying that we shouldn't label, is almost like suggesting that all animals are animals and that is it, there are no sub species, no sub genus, an animal is an animal. Even that there is just life form and non-life form. Whether you like it or not, Humans are different we are not all the same, we do not all think the same and forcing people to abandon their identification with like minded people, like minded concepts etc is no different than forcing a belief system on to them in the first place. Choice is what makes being Human, it is one of the greatest attributes a Human has. To abandon labels and labelling is no different to extracting the option of choice from a Human's mind. Yes those things will still be there, but without labels, how would we know to identify it?

Consider the changing demographics of the world. Listen to what is said about the Imam Mahdi. Compare notes of him to the biblical anti-christ. An Islamic empire is inevitable, and unbelievers and believers will both be marked by their scriptures. Actually read a summary of what they believe instead of blanket accusing people who think Islam is an anti-christ religion. What you find out may shock you.

i am a very spiritual person, but we humans are lacking in any real understanding of hidden truth of the universe. we listen to other humans to tell us what god thinks, we look at books, made by humans, that try to explain the thoughts and opinions of god. just think about that for a second. i read these same books, and i take lessons away, but never, and probably will never, find a religious book that is 100% the word of the creator

develop your spirituality yourself, learn for yourself, dont let another human tell you the will of god, listen to your soul, your conscious. that voice, that sound inside, THAT is the closest you can get to speaking with god. we were created and imbued with consciousness to use and communicate with it and one another, not come up with ways to kill, annoy, criticize.

but then again, people like to be controled and led. the "profane" control the world. we will wallow in our own filth untill (if we even can) we pull our collective heads out of our collective asses
