Well to put it in simple terms: maximum security is their prison system is what we (in the US, UK, Canada, etc) would call minimum security. The Norwegians are very out of touch with reality regarding policing, criminal justice, internal security, etc ... it's like they are stuck in the 1970s lets all hold hands and sing Kumbaya era.

-To ever be mistenkeliggjort and rejected by a community do something with you, said Dagbladet debate editor on a political Marte Michelet yard on The island.
Michelet, to a full great Hall about integration and immigration policies. She used her own in-laws as an example of how it is to be asylum seeker to get to a new country. She expressed concern about the increasingly stuerene islamofobien who dominate the Government immigration debate.
-Previously, most AUFagreeing with. The dominant society must adapt so that minorities feel welcome. Today it is increasingly accepted to blame immigrants and assert that all the missing integration is their own fault.

They will only take advantage of our welfare. They are potential terrorists. " All this can be found in the debates on all issues of integration and immigration, she said.

It is a shame, I've been to Norway, very good people, they certainly dont deserve this. Not that anyone does, but the Norwegians have been so open and generous to its immigrant community.

If there was 2 hours between the car bomb and the shootings; is it possible this was all done by the same person?
I do not at this point believe that any muslim/jihad/al-quaida groups are behind this.
A terror group, Ansar al-Jihad al-Alami (the Helpers of the Global Jihad), issued a statement claiming responsibility for the attack, according to Will McCants, a terrorism analyst at CNA, a research institute that studies terrorism. The message said the attack was a response to Norwegian forces' presence in Afghanistan and to unspecified insults to the Prophet Muhammad. "We have warned since the Stockholm raid of more operations," the group said, apparently referred to a bombing in Sweden in December 2010, according to Mr McCants' translation. "What you see is only the beginning, and there is more to come." The claim could not be confirmed.
