I don't remember the poster but the guy who obviously knows about bombs in this thread said it was outside, but the pictures I looked at showed little damage outside the building, IMO. As I'm no expert I had wondered if maybe there were signs of destruction on the outside of the building on the sides I didn't see.

Sure didn't look like a bomb had gone off outside, at least to my untrained eyes. The Murrah building was half gone after OKC yet this building looks blown out from the inside.

Again, this is all my untrained opinion. I could be very wrong.

The explosion was low order. For the explosives to be inside they'd have to move no less than a ton to get that kind of damage to the buildings. There's also overpressure wave behavior to consider.

In the Murrah building the van was parked right up against the building, under a directional channel (the portico) with a wide open first floor. In Oslo there was no way to closely approach the building so the standoff distance is around 20m. There was no channel for the overpressure wave to travel which allowed it to expand in a hemispherical fashion dispersing the force of the explosion.

As for the debris on the street don't forget inside the buildings are walls which will reflect the blast back outwards, spilling the debris outside the building. A good example of this was the Ishtar Sheraton truck bomb in 05. External vehicle borne explosive with significant standoff and a LOAD of debris all over the street.

Wow that was quick. It even says he is a Freemason. Of course it is Wikipedia and anyone can edit those articles, but interesting none the less. I am confident that plenty more will be revealed about this person over the next few days. How truthful the information will be is another story. He must have had at least one or more direct or indirect accomplices. Once we find out who assisted him, we will find out more about his motive behind the attack.

That's a Glock 18. It is a very, VERY rare weapon.

Yes they do because they have obligations under law and moral and also do take in a lot of people that need help.

I find it very unfortunate that those people do not appreciate that help (Yes I understand they are a minority) and ruin it for the rest that do.

World leaders have condemned the terrorist attacks in Norway in which more than 80 people are now known to have died.

Eminently trackable however the weapon used in Norway most likely wasn't an G18. It is a worthless weapon suitable for impressing rednecks and for 3rd world nationals who do not realize you cant hit the broad side of a barn from 10 meters with one on full auto. There is a reason that the Ingram M-10 isn't used anywhere on the planet but the H&K MP5 is. Same principle applies.

The MAGAZINES shown in that video are useless pieces of dog scat. Jamming that requires a full disassembly of the magazine is more common than it working as intended.

For future reference pistols do not use clips BTW unless we're talking a C96 Mauser Broomhandle.
