Considering the cotter pin holding the spoon onto the fuse body isn't there and the spoon is still ON the thing means there is no spring- ergo no primer or fuse otherwise everyone in the vicinity of that would have been dead approximately 5 seconds later.

It's a shame (too many) people on here are so quick to build a conspiracy out of every story. Why not just sit tight, wait for more details to filter through, then start jumping to conclusions. Without knowing anything about this story other than a bomb has gone off in Oslo you've got all these speculative posts about Mossad, Libya, Islam etc.

From what we know now it sounds like a lone gunman psycho scenario, be interesting to hear what his motive was.

That's the deadliest killing spree I can ever remember.

Don't get your knickers in a twist; it is rare these terrorist attacks in Europe are not Islamic motivated. If it had been Spain (ETA) or Ireland/England (IRA), most people would'nt had jumped to such quick conclusions. It is true among the Islamic extremists are homegrown Caucasian converts to Islam.
