Wondering why people feel owed an explanation from governments for UFO's flying around in our skies.

Are you even slightly aware of the purpose and goal of this thread? Please stop cluttering it with unrelated and off topic content.
The thread is about attempting to find a way to gather the files on the OP posted site
THAT is the work I referred to

First what size hard drive do you have, might need 1.5 TB, (about $89.00) drive on Pc not laptop, second if downloads are PDF. make folders for subject matter, photos, eyewitness acc., maps, and everything else plus a very good document printer, laser is fine but if you need color reg. good too. also lots of toner and ink ---Peace

This program I have used before and it will download every document on that website if you want it to. You can browse it through the program like a web browser or open files individually. Like I said this will do exactly what you want it to.

Here you go OP.
www.surfoffline.com...
Will do exactly what you want no problem.
Thanks, but are you sure? As I said above, the problem with tools that allow you to download a webpage or entire website is that only a small part of the Footnote.com relates to UFOs.
While I am happy to buy one or more hard drives to download these files, downloading the ENTIRE footnote.com website (as opposed to the capacity needed to download about 130,000 UFO documents) may be rather beyond a realistic goal.
At the moment, I don't see how the surfoffline.com tool could be used to download these documents in an efficient manner.
All the best,
Isaac

There ya go We can't deal with all the known data on UFO's in one thread. It will be a task just to collect this set

Our first hurdle is to find that directory where the images are So far no luck. It may be they are embedded in a database file
For an example of what I mean take the Clementine moon images. One big file in .cub.cz format about 1.5 gigs file size and needs a linux system to open it... but at the USGS planetary mapper you cans scan it and call up a portion of the file for viewing, save that image and its taken out of storage after you log off...
ser.sese.asu.edu...
I suspect something similar is happening here. We would then need to ID the source file first

The only drawback is that each image has to be downloaded separately. This pension file had approximately sixty images. Actually it only took me about ten minutes, which was not all that bad

Not true. Just because we pay taxes doesn't mean they have to disclose classified information or explain exactly what was flying in our skies that day. I don't see the connection. And usually its the military. They have more immunity than GOD. They can tell you whatever they like. But keep trying "taxes= truth" approach. We 'll be here waiting for the great news.
And the government needs us to buy there bullsh**. Which most of us do unfortunately. They have an agenda and when they tell us something(o thru tv/radio/internet/movies) its because they need us to be on their page. Which is total brain washing on their part. I think we could agree on that specific part. But hoping or demanding for top secret proof is a fantasy. It just is.
