Did you REALLY just try and compare a TSA agent at an airport randomly searching a handful of people to guards at AUSHWITZ!!?????

Please, tell me, who is being forcefully corralled into airport terminals against their wishes, only to be indiscriminately gassed?

Your comparison is PATHETIC.

Get hysterical much?

The comparison is apt. The TSA is, after all, doing what it is told despite the fact that everything screams what it's doing is wrong.

No, you obviously missed the point and the comparison.

I'll let you figure it out.

Again, come on. While I COMPLETELY sympathize with and appreciate the irony, this is NOT the same as a TSA agent searching around a breast for contraband. This woman grabbed a breast with both hands and pinched and twisted. Find me an example of a TSA agent doing anything close to that.

She says her va-jay-jay was fondled.

I am not denying that TSA searches occur, or that they are an incredible affront to one's sense of personal space.

The comparison you tried to make which I took contention with has that what this woman did was comparable to a TSA search. It isnt. TSA agents dont intentionally attempt to harm someone, as this woman did.

Like I said before, I sympathize and appreciate the irony, but the descriptions of her actions and NOT comparable to a regular TSA search, as you have previously claimed.

The 'point' was you tried to compare a TSA agent at an airport (where people exersize their free will to choose to fly at a commercial airport) to guards at AUSCHWITZ GASSING JEWS!

All you have done is point out you have no sense of scale or perspective.

Actually, I think comparing a TSA agent to a guard at AUSHWITZ is kind of hysterical.

IF you think a comparison can be made, then your understanding of history and perspective are severely flaw and I would posit you havent a clue of what you are talking about. You are free to choose to fly at any point. You are not being gassed at an airport. TSA agents, while not exactly the best, the brightest, or a job any of us appreciate, are NOT comparable to mass murderers.

The fact that Americans have this tendency to compare ANYTHING they dont like to Nazis only highlights how little americans even understand about recent history.

I don't think the 61 year woman was trying to harm the TSA screener either, I think she was giving her a purple-nurple.

If you job is to rub your hands all over people everyday, I think you should suck it up when someone grabs you.

Me personally, I do not care. But we can't stop and forget that we have mothers, grandmothers, children, and others that don't really need to live through things like this.

To me, I wouldn't personally complain about the search, but I do have family that I wouldn't want to experience it. Hence my opinion on the matter.

But if you are gonna be grabby-grabby all day, expect someone to eventually give it back to you, because the world is not bound only by rules and regulations.

The 4th Amendment does not apply to voluntary, consensual searches of a person or property.

Fliers give consent when they obtain their boarding pass. Please peruse the various Contracts of Carriage:

Delta Contract of Carriage

Page 10 Rule 35 (B)

Continental Conract of Carriage

Page 18 Rule 20

United Contract of Carriage

Page 8 Rule 35 (B)

Southwest Contract of Carriage

Page 13-14 a. (5)

There are hundreds more.

TSA is an OPTION for airlines. They may, at will, hire private security to conduct security screenings. They do not because TSA is "free".

As for TSA being Nazis or thoughts along those lines... nobody is forcing people to fly commercially. I have yet to see TSA march people rounded up at random, at gunpoint, and march them onto a plane to Hawaii.

Flying is a CONVENIENCE not a "right". Airplanes are privately owned and if one wishes to utilize the property of others it is upon the individual to comply with the owner's wishes.

If you wish to enter my house I can set a condition that you must remove all of your clothing and walk around buck naked. I cannot force you to strip down and you have every right to refuse to enter my home under those conditions. If a government agency wishes to enter my home then they either must obtain my consent (see contract of carriage) or they must obtain a warrant.

As for sexual assault- if someone gives me permission to have sex with them, then it is not rape. If someone gives me permission to play with their boobs it is not sexual assault. Nobody is FORCING people to submit to TSA searches- there is CHOICE involved. Either you get an invasive pat-down search or you do not take a seat on someone else's aircraft. I refuse to be searched so I either drive to my destination or arrange a seat on a charter aircraft. If time is limited I fly general aviation. All require a bit of extra effort on my part to find those who are willing to let me utilize their property and services without an invasive search- but people are lazy bastards and take the easy way then complain that they are bound to a contract they have voluntarily entered into.

It is your right to screech like a dying shrew about 4th Amendment issues when none exist. It is your right to confuse the issue with incorrect applications of Constitutional Law. It is your right to be ignorant in regards to Contracts of Carriage.

That being said it is not "right" to put incorrect information out there that does nothing but play into the hands of the government in it's quest to desensitize us to invasive personal searches.

The ONLY way to get rid of TSA is by refusing to fly on airlines which use TSA staffing at their terminals. Period.

Yes, yes. TSA bad.

I notice you are now backing far way from your earlier comparison of a TSA search to this woman's actions, though. Perhaps you now realize they are not comparable. TSA agents to not grab and twist in an obvious attemtp to cause harm.

I see the Karma as well. However, they're going to make this old woman a sex offender because of it. That is absurd.

I really hate the Hitler comparisons as well. But we also have to consider that the Third Reich did not pop up overnight. It was a steady climb to the apex of its rule.

When people start agreeing to things that they personaly feel are a violation, they are giving up some of their self-worth.

If everyone thought it was fine and dandy to get a rub down every time they flew, it would be a different story.

I have a feeling if you put a sign outside your house that said "anyone who enters consents to sex", you might have a few people challenging your rules.

Especially if your house is one of the only things between a person and their destination.

PHOENIX - We hear a lot of complaints about security screeners groping airline passengers. But now, a Colorado woman is accused of putting her hands on a TSA agent at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix. Court records show 61-year-old Yukari Mihamae grabbed the left breast of the female agent Thursday at the Terminal 4 checkpoint. Police say she squeezed and twisted the agent's breast with both hands. Officers say Mihamae admitted to the crime. There's no word why she touched the agent. Mihamae now faces a felony count of sexual abuse.

www.myfoxny.com...

Tables turned on TSA .

I guess she got tired of being groped and decided to return the favor .

i live in the UK and have always wanted to visit new york, i have vowed to never fly again, particulary to america, at least until you remove the terrorist you call obama. Why? cos if someone regardless of if they feel they are above the the law (authority) sexually abused or sexually assaulted my children or my wife, i'd remove the threat (if you get my drift!) i have the right as a father and husband to protect my family from crime and danger with whatever force i deem suitable to the cause even if fatal to the reciprent.

if i flew to the U.S and a TSA agent touched anyone of my family, they'd be saying their final goodbyes to their loved ones, i couldnt care less for the reprocussions as i would have done my duty to my family in protecting them.

if they want war, give it to them! show them who's the authority! this topic make my blood boil and makes me speak my harsh opinions.

as i have said in previous threads regarding the TSA, boycott, boycott, boycott bring the U.S aerospace infrastructured to a grinding profit crushing halt, break em.

Well, by TSA's logic, the agent consented by being at the checkpoint.

The karma in this is brilliant.

We're being terrorized by our own government.

As I said in the other bloody closed thread, I'd rather be BLOWN up than FELT up.

Many people have died for our liberties. Let's not throw away what they've given us.

Are you out of your mind? " Rather be blown up than felt up"... Your logic escapes me.

I mean personally I'd rather be alive and have my kids alive... Go through an airport guilt free on my trip... they can tough my balls I don't care... As long as I can get on the plane and feel like, yay we arnt trafficking drugs with mules or bombed, I'd feel safe and say, " those bastards won't get us this time
"

You got to ask yourself, is this because you feel guilty? Is this only about anti government?

Obviously when your surfing on your internet, your government has never done anything for you?

Wonderful!! I hope she sets up an online defense fund so 10 million Americans can send her a dollar for her defense.

Everyone should grab TSA by the balls or breasts when they do something you don't like. Just remember if you do it squeeze hard enough so they remember for a few days.

The jury will acquit her of any charges because TSA work for non-humans. They would sacrifice their own mothers for a profit.

TSA assaults Americans everyday.

TSA are servants. Perhaps we need to send them back to the farm where they belong.

I burned a TSA effigy and danced around that demon on Independence day 2011.
