Exactly

Abandonar toda esperanza, todos vosotros que ingrese aquí

Abandonar la esperanza, todos los que entréis aquí

Abandonar la esperanza, ye que introduzca aquí

Lol, horrible, tell me, it was your intention to say three different things? because the three phrases say the same, i suppose you use a online translator, is just like when i try to use one to translate something from spanish to english.

Abandonar toda esperanza, todos los que ingresen aquí, thats more than enough, the verbs "ingresar, entrar, introducir" are the same thing in that context, with the difference that if you use "entrar" it should be "todo el que entre aquí" or "todos los que entren aquí", and with "introducir" it should be "todo el que se introduzca aquí" or "todos los que se introduzcan aquí".

some food for thought
One of the biggest suppliers of arms to the cartels IS the mexican army!@!!!
The Zetas cartel is founded by mexican special forcees deserterswho started contract killing for the Sinaloa cartel and ended up vying for supremacy with them and others
These were USA trained troops!
Taking over the police duty of a force of cops who are being disbanded because they are too corrupt to sort out, youd seize their guns too, before the cartels ghot them.....
Nobody seems to understand the power of these cartels among the poor people.
For many the only money they can make is dirty money making or transporting drugs.
These people needto be given alterrnatives that work, that provide a deecent living standard and decent health care.
I find it laughable that the country with troops in more than ninety countries of the world, would get too uptight about a couple of truckloads of scared kid soldiers who took a wrong lane and couldnt get turned around till they hit the booths.....
Get a sense of proportion here...plenty of other # to moan about...

First off-its fox news....

Secondly, a couple of Mexican army trucks with soldiers in them drive on to american soil-turn around and go back? Wait, it must be an invasion.......

So, I see a lot of people quite riled up by this so my point is-imagine how people in Iraq, Afghanistan etc feel when US troups bomb the crap out of THEIR countries, did Mexico bomb you? Did they take out your government and replace it with one THEY prefer? Take a look at your own foreign policy before you start beying for Mexican blood

Get a grip

Today I wrote four one-page-long handwritten letters.

When was the last time you wrote a handwritten letter?

One to Representative, Senator, other Senator, and Governer. It is my hope a handwritten letter will get more attention than an email or a printed leter.

I poured out my heart about the violence and the other problems caused by Mexico in the Western United States. I hope somebody listens.

I just feel so helpless. And angry. So, so angry. My poor grandfather at least he didn't live to see what his beloved West has become...

This thread makes me disgusted with U.S. Americans. Bomb Mexico? Instigate new war? Americans in general make me sick, cannot believe I actually spent money visiting that filthy country where I was repeatedly discriminated against simply because I am from Latin America, and now still have to hear such flagrant idiocy perpetuated!

I feel truly sorry for the few U.S. citizens who are in possession of rationality and faculties of reason. Have problem with the Mexican government all you want, but it is not the fault of the people of Mexico. As for illegal immigration problem, punish those who hire the immigrants perhaps, stop making your country hospitable for them! The Mexican military should not have crossed over the border like that. I agree. But you people who jump at this opportunity to parade your prejudice and encourage more war, more conflict, more suffering?

Yo escupo sobre el alma de su nación. You are blind to the real issue here, blinded by your childish perceptions. Truly, the rest of the world is correct in their dark perceptions of your culture, U.S.A. You shame the world.

Its a simple matter: A Soveregin nation has a right to defend its borders?

What other nation takes in so many immigrants? How does your nation treat its neighbors?

Where is the outrage for the way the Mexican government treats illegals from Guatamala? Oh, that's not evil America so we don't talk about it. Weak, predictable fail.

So you think anyone that has crossed the border illegally should be killed. Despite their reason, the children that they want a better life for, the corruption and murder they want to escape. Many of these people are refuges not criminals.
Let them find refuge in Mexico. My children need a better life and illegal immigration imperils their future.

How does an illegal immigration imperil your child's future? Evidently your child has the financial advtange, as well as an American citizenship and at least one educated parent, so what's in danger here? Where's the competition? Has America really gone from aweing every major nation 100 years ago at the Universal Exposition, to fearing the impoversished down-southers with extra melanin?
It is simple economics. Their very presence depresses wages in the area. They are an added burden on the medical, school, social, and governmental systems. This leads to either higher taxes, or reduced services for the same tax levels. There is also a sharp increase in crime caused by their presence. For the citizens of the US, there is NO positive aspect to their presence. I won't even touch the issue of their unwillingness to assimilate and try to become part of the nation, but for that reason alone they need to be sent home.

Usted es una rata mundana, boluda. You do not read what I write. I am not an idiot. I agree that a country has a right to defend its borders, certainly. If your U.S.A. takes in more immigrants than a lot of other nations, it will be because it can afford to, nothing more. This does not mean that U.S.A. is any better than any other nation. As for my nation, would you be referring to my current location of Australia or Argentina, my home?

I did not say that Mexico is a perfect country with perfect politics. I know it is harsh on illegal immigration. My point before was that you people should focus your arguments on the real issue, which is political rather than personal! What sickens me is the knee'jerk reaction of several people in this thread. You did not see the posts saying to bomb Mexico, wage a war on it? If you did, you do not think this is ridiculous?

My issue is with the flagrant prejudice so many U.S. citizens have for anything to do with Mexico. If you´d.... actually read my post, you´d have seen that I am disapointed with general attitudes people have, they are so quick to rise to the offensive, and to wildly insult. I am well aware of the problem concerning illegal Mexican immigration, and once again, I do agree with protection of national borders.

What I do not agree with is the prejudice displayed in this thread. If you are representative of your culture, then I pity your society. I attack not the U.S. government, but the people of the U.S. who are racist and extreme, and do not hesitate to resort to personal attacks in lieu of addressing the actual issue with rationality. Such people have turned this thread into a veritable tirade against their neighbour.

And I think the word you were after at the end of your silly little post was "failure", which is a noun, unlike "fail", which is a verb. Just a little lesson in basic grammar.

Douglas McArthur advocated bombing a line across the border between N korea and Xhina with nukes to keep the chinee out of the Koreas...sounds like, dont properly, that would be a great idea for the lower border....any that got thru would be dead in a week....sure would solve a lot of problems

Textreply to post by beezzer So no real response to what I said? Just some snarky insult? Figures. GET EDUCATED!!! I promise it's not that hard to get a high school diploma, or a GED (General Education Degree). Then you come back to these forums and post something that actually has content to it. Peace IS the answer, not war. Empathy is the answer, not hate. Freedom, NOT a police state. As Ben Franklin once said, "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."

While I am an advocate for peace you are outrageously naive. Do I believe we should evolve past war you bet. But we have not. Until we do we have every right to defend our selves and our community. If your neighbor is being brutalized would you defend them or spout ridiculous rhetoric? The out come of your peace wishes sent to the aggressor would be having a dead neighbor while defending them would result in saving a life.

Don't be naive. We have every right to defend ourselves and this country. Your native American comment is equally naive. The fact is we are hear as Americans. A comprehensive immigration policy needs to be made and I am all for legal immigration.

However we have a serious problem at the border it needs to be closed. If you don't see the difference between starting war like in the middle east (or a street fight for that matter) and defending yourself justly you don't belong in serious debates about policy.

Mexico and the cartels repeatedly cause direct threats to American safety yet we bomb and sanction countries that do not. If any country needs to be sanctioned and reprimanded by the us it's Mexico.

Well, I happen to be against all these wars anyway, and I always was against them. I didn't vote for them then change my mind, or say I was against them and start more.

how are we going to take out the cartels ourselves if thats the cia's biggest customer? then after that wed have to deal with the cubans as well, clearly they are a big part of this. dont you think youre going about this all wrong? taking control of our media and exposing how our own government is responsible for this is probably a better way of starting this off?

Yeah, seems to me there is an element within our CIA that wreaks more havoc on the planet than these drug cartels could ever hope to. I agree, exposing the media and our govt. is the only way. Attacking the cartels will just be met with violent resistance from those within the CIA who keep the cartels in business in the first place.

I agree with you l. CIA Is complicit. Wasn't there a big expose about the CIA having done drugs for arms deals? Perhaps this is the real reason our govt looks the other way.

Your prejudice is not seeing the issue because of personal reasons. It's a serious problem, not political, and needs to be addressed possibly with the use of force (at the border). If Mexico can not control it's people from the bloodshed they should be punished for it from the global community through diplomatic sanctions. My Mexican friends have stopped going back. A close friend lived in neuvo Laredo. He sold his house. Most mexican people would welcome help against the tyrants in control of the country. The government obviously has lost complete control.

The borders need to be closed, drug policy changed, and a better immigration/work permit system designed. The fact is people aren't coming over for work as much now that the economy is bad. But when it is good we should welcome Mexican workers and families in a systematic visa basis. It should be fast and easy.

Your blind pride causes you to state things out of prejeduice. Mexican people or government should not be allowed to break the law simply because they are Latinos. The politics of border controversy is grossly overcomplicated. There are very simple solutions and sadly one of them is most likely going to be severe pressure on the Mexican government to control their cartel situation. On our side we need to end prohibition to help weaken the cartels. The use of force to protect not only Americans but Mexicans is probably necessary since it is so out of control. However, the Mexican government has done everything possible to prevent the US from helping stop the situation. At this point the government needs to be held responsible.

foxnews is a really credible source. I wouldn't doubt for a minute that it was actually a lot more than just three trucks. Probably a whole division following their AAA map.

What would make you draw that conclusion? "A lot more than just three trucks" enroute to do what?

Mebbe someone told them the trans-corridor highway was open already.

Mexico wouldn't even allow our Marines to go into their country with dummy rifles to give a military funeral to a Mexican boy who died in Iraq.

Mexico enforces their laws keeping us from taking weapons into their country. Not even the US State Department can carry weapons into Mexico......

Yet our toothless border guards let a foreign military with weapons just drive right across the border.......

The CIA/Federal Reserve/DOD/President/Congress are all complicit in Mexico robbing us.

2000 GMAC started giving new auto loans to illegal immigrants in California, little money down and a utility bill and they drove away new vehicles......right across the border never to pay for them

2005 Congress ordered the Banks to start giving mortgages to illegal immigrants....12 million illegal immigrants have bought and sold homes between themselves...let the homes go into foreclosure and fled American with Trillions.

We have Green Card holding Mexicans in our military now. They were told to get all the names and social security numbers they could and they could sell that information when they get back to Mexico. Our idiot military officers were even taking those Green Card holders with no Security Clearances....and taking them places where Security Clearances are required....so those Green Card Holding Mexicans had more information to sell...

It used to be a Green Card holder in our military had to serve 3 years honorably before they could become citizens. President Bush changed that and said they only have to serve 1 day in our military to get 100% free expedited citizenship. Most of the Green Card holders said screw dat.....Then they can be deployed to Iraq and get killed....so they avoided getting Citizenship...so they couldn't get a Security Clearance and get deployed.

Mexico has power within the United States no one would believe. They aren't our allies.
