I agree. These days especially in the news, just because it isn't there doesn't mean it isn't there. Obviously, without the USGS piping in, we can't go further yet but...

By the way there is a quake showing on that Sicily station. It is this one and is about the right time.

I guess the computer at that station with the 8.4 (which is not on the public network) may have had a drop out just as that one registered or something of that nature.

Edit: On second thoughts 14:53 is too soon. It may have been reacting to some signal resulting from the antics in Libya.

Remember USGS lies real bad and hides info from us... They say 6.0 but other has it 8.4.........so, believe you you like......If a 15.0 hit and destroyed the earth the USGS would swear it was nothing more than a 1.1....Remember the obamanation is in control of them..Think to yourself, has he ever lied to you...If yes, then you know whats up.....

You do not know what "false flag" means.

In what way does someone posting "Hey, I can't find this reading anywhere else, why is it showing up on this otherwise reliable site" fit the definition of someone pretending to represent their own enemy in order to make it appear as though that enemy has done something bad?

That is what false flag means. It means to do something under a "flag" that is someone else's -- for example, if the US blew something up and made it look like the French blew it up, that would be a false flag operation.

Perhaps you would like to explain just how they could do that? There are many thousands of seismograph stations around the world including many private ones, not all operated by USGS, and an 8.4 would show on every single one of them in the whole world without any doubt.

In addition there are many people watching on GEE

It is just is not possible for them to do what you are saying. Sorry to burst your conspiracy bubble.

Here is a private seismo in Texas. Do you see an 8.4 on that one? Even the Turkish 6.0 does not really register.
