China doesn't need to stand against the US.

It needs to hold its own against, Russia, Japan, India, and Pakistan or the various organizations which span several of these nations.

For that China, is likley in pretty good shape.

On paper USA all the way. But looking at past/current conflicts we know this isn't necessarily true.In a all out war with no nukes used(for what ever reason). It will be the country that is the most brutal and least concerned about public opinion back home. And i would have to say that would be china.
But this is all hypothetical. and in reality the next big war there will be no winners after the nukes drop.
Hopefully though when it comes to it the allies will pull a working missile defense system out of there ass.
I only say that because im living in the west, i wouldn;t want nukes landing any where.

That was a very "Chinese" answer. Show of power doesn't belong in that culture but I can assure you that power to defend oneself and ones interests definitely is part of the Chinese culture.

They are growing without any haste because the they have time on their side.

Actually time is against them. The law of exponential growth means they will overpopulate, and be seriously lacking in resources and even more dependant on the world market for food. The older generations were content with one pork meal a year, but the new generation is getting subjected to western lifestyles in the cities. China may end up being the first nation to carry out mass depopulation on itself, and get away with it because of their totalitarian communist rule. Nothing to venerate over there, I actually feel sorry for them.

Exactly, Stratfor is predicting they will collapse under their own weight by 2020 and fragment into multiple countries.

Their population is boomer heavy. Meaning that a huge amount of their population is going to start dying off over the next 20 years.

The younger generations are not so numerous.

Of the younger generations, the male-to-female balance is significantly disporportionate and growing. Meaning that of that population, there are fewer women to have children at all and that trend is increasing. It is worse in the non-urban areas, so many of the pictures we see of China's population fail to show up how significant this is as we are generally seeing urban populations.

Of the people who immigrate or are adopted out of country most are female.

This is me saying, I disagree with your assessement of the population risk of China.

That being said, it is worth noting that it has been suggested that the Viking expansion was predicated on an excessive use of female infanticide creating a huge difference in the number of males born compared to females born. Leaving a large population of males at loose ends. Look how that turned out.

India. India fits the trend you are laying out.

They cannot stop the exponential growth, only slow it by a few mere decades, times and laws march on relentlessly.

China is just toying around. They know they have the capability to conquer the U.S. hell, they don't even have to fire a single shot.

They are being very cocky. Sly sons of b******.

I hope none of you actually believe China stands a chance against U.S. might!

I mean, what happened to all you tinfoiler who think the government is hiding tech from us?

What we give China is already outdated to us, and China knows this...

Every other country in the world can attack the U.S. and we would liquify all of them...if we ever took the gloves off. If a country such as China attacked us, I'm quite sure the U.S. would take the gloves off and unleash tech and bio that people in hell haven't dreamed of....before one of our troops boots hit ground there.

Though in actuality, there will be no more actual wars. The plutocracy's have purchased this planet and they may have "little" wars and conflicts for the fun, but none of them will get serious. They don't want to actually kill all the workers.

They're not joking I was in 7th fleet for 7 years and ran into the Chinese several times. Their military is a very thin paper tiger, also select fire and fully automatic weapons have made human waves mute. And for all you number freaks the hull number of my last ship was 77.

Day 1-Drop a Dozen Nukes on top shelf chinese cities.

Day 2-Drop another dozen nukes

Day 3-Drop another dozen nukes.

i dont care how many people you have, when you have the abilty to take out 200k a bomb in some very heavy populated areas, the sheer mass of destruction may not get them to back down, but it will 100% thin the heard.

You don't even have to use nukes, their "navy" would be coral reefs within 48 hours. Their air force wouldn't last that long, use drones and cruise missiles to take out all air defense which wouldn't be hard at all. After that bomb the infrastructure and cluster bomb all farm-able land= game over and there wouldn't be a thing Russia could do about it because their military doesn't get near the amount of training hours they need or money to keep everything up and running. I don't want war with China or Russia or anyone else, we all have much more important things to do. I think if all countries just stayed in their boarders and focused of removing the "NWO" from power we could probably be exploring other solar systems within the decade.

They learned it from Sun Tzu:

All warfare is based on deception. Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must seem inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near. Hold out baits to entice the enemy. Feign disorder, and crush him. If he is secure at all points, be prepared for him. If he is in superior strength, evade him. If your opponent is of choleric temper, seek to irritate him. Pretend to be weak, that he may grow arrogant. If he is taking his ease, give him no rest. If his forces are united, separate them. Attack him where he is unprepared, appear where you are not expected. These military devices, leading to victory, must not be divulged beforehand. Now the general who wins a battle makes many calculations in his temple ere the battle is fought. The general who loses a battle makes but few calculations beforehand. Thus do many calculations lead to victory, and few calculations to defeat: how much more no calculation at all! It is by attention to this point that I can foresee who is likely to win or lose.
- Sun Tzu, The Art of War 1:18-26

Yes cause its completely customary to line up our troops in formation to be surrounded by the enemy. How is China gonna move such a massive army? Through the air sorry we got that covered. How bout the sea oopps not unless you have thousands of stealth under water transport craft. Where is this fabled war to be fought? In China? Air superiority goes to US. Sea Superiority to the US. So now China is surrounded and can be bombarded by sea and or air before a boot hits the ground. It happened in the past to force China to trade, Ships just sat at the shore and pounded China till they submitted.

Where is the counter? You think throwing a million bodies at the wall and making them stick will solve the problem? If they turtle they are gonners, if they attack where will the go, and how will they get there? They need logistics. Where is all this hardware?
