I have read every single post in this entire thread and I have participated in it since the beginning. I know what you are saying but she already said she is absolutely sure what she saw. And she saw the ticker more than once! And her grandmother saw it too! So either you are suggesting she's and idiot and doesn't know what she's talking about, or your suggesting she is lying. So which is it. And stop hiding behind "she may have made a mistake", because she has already insisted that she didn't because she saw it and read it more than once. So we can either trust her, or call her a liar.
I'm sorry, but unlike yourself, I'm not easily pleased or persuaded, I need proof and evidence over someones "word". In situations like this you have to be open to all the possible answers not jump up and down screaming "she saw the ticker more than once".
People make mistakes all the time. The one and only way that this can be proven is by seeing the actual ticker itself.
If we stated things as fact just because someone says "I know what I saw" then this site wouldn't be here for discussions.

I remember the newscaster or newscasters were men. Yeah, between 6:30 and 8pm PST that night...the night of the 28th, not the 27th.

The OP said this:
Yeah, between 6:30 and 8pm PST that night...the night of the 28th, not the 27th.
But on her twitter feed, it shows that she made the post at 12:43 PM. How is it possible she tweeted about it before she saw it? I'm in the USA just as she is, so time zone differences can't possibly account for the discrepancy.

Okay.. this is what doesn't make sense.. the post on Twitter was at 10:43am PT yet she says 6:30pm PT??

That's a good question. I quoted your whole post so it would carry over to the new page and others can see it. As so I could keep up with where I left off in the thread when I log in tomorrow. lol
I must be in the same time zone as you because I also get 12:43 PM. I thought perhaps twitter had a default time zone setting for non members and that is why our time slots were off. So I logged in and made sure I was set to CST. Still showed 12:43 PM.
So I would like to look into the point you bring up because that is a good question. I also want to look at the OP's posts in the thread to make sure it was for sure between 6-8 PM or if that was just the best they could remember.
I'm not a big Twitter user so can anyone provide insight into this since the OP is offline for now?

I live on the west coast, and that's where I was when I tweeted the tweet in question. I am on vacation on the US east coast at the moment, so that's why I tweeted about Philly.

Someone mentioned that when the stuff is archived, the ticker is removed?
I'm not sure whether that's true or not...?

Alrighty, I'm back. I went to dinner. No black vans outside. Yet.
Anyways, to answer the question about the time... I believe it was in the evening, probably between 6:30 and 8pm PST. Hope that helps narrow down what program was running because I can't remember. I wish I could.
I am POSITIVE I saw it. I wouldn't have tweeted it if I hadn't been 100% sure. Someone contacted me on Twitter to tell me that someone else had posted about it too. Their username is somewhere in my tweets.
Also, the photo that you were all debating...something about how Fox News posted Obama Bin Laden, had nothing to do with me other than the fact that I did retweet it. I didn't create the photo, use the photo, or anything. I simply retweeted the original poster because i thought it was interesting. That's how Twitter works.
My grandmother also saw the ticker and she actually was the one who called my attention to it. so I'm more than sure that I saw what I said I did. If you don't believe me, I don't really know how else to prove it to you. The timestamp on my tweets can't be altered, so it's there for your own eyes.
I will check ATS when I'm free. I will be back...unless the black vans show up
Let's figure this thing out! The government or the media or the president isn't telling us the complete truth. It seems to me there are many holes in this story. By posting this, I was just hoping to help fill a hole. Let's see what we can do!
