Yes - of course it is a Hebrew / Israeli / Zionist accent and everyone who works with or has an Israeli friend as you and I have can spot it in a split second.

Hebrew accents are distinct and once you hear Israelis speaking English a few times the accent stands out like a gang banger at a country club.
