There is no such thing as a long form birth certificate as that would include the billing statement for the hospital and all account info is classified.

Oh puleeze. So, the PTB or nwo or whoever, decided to let a foreigner win the election so they could blame the mess we're in on him. Right?
Reason it out. The GOP had the reigns of power. The bush family is tightly connected with us secret svcs(CIA, NSA etc). They would have access to the supposed "intelligence" that Obama isn't a citizen. Why didn't they expose him and get the presidency?

Yet another birther lie - why do you ignore his birth certificate?
Umm, because it does not prove he was born in the US..
You know this as fact..
Why carry on???
Really? The Constitution says the President must publicly show his “long form” birth certificate? That provision in the Constitution must be written in crazy ink.

Care to cite the law that requires any President, or even President-elect, to show his “long form” birth certificate to the public?
The definition of natural-born citizen the birthers want to use to disqualify Obama, even regardless of were he was born, unquestionably disqualifies McCain. But they don’t have certain ‘feelings’ or ‘suspicions’ about McCain, so they don’t they care about that.

But on the birther topic. What makes him unqualified? If he were born in a foreign country to American parents does that make him qualified? Is John McCain, being born in a foreign country, qualified?

The Constitution stipulates only a natural-born citizen is eligible to the office of President, but doesn’t describe how that determination is made, let alone that a candidate or a President must publicly disclose his birth certificate, long or short form.

So you tell me, how did home birthers get a BC back then ?
I also notice quite a few days between birth and his supposed BC..
Why is that if he was born in a hospital ??
It doesn't include the billing statement, that's a lie, it includes the doctor's signature, the height and weight, maybe the footprint. His so called "birth certificate" doesn't even mention the hospital he was born at.
The birthers usually preface their Islamic-Marxist-Socialist-Kenyan rants with that.

This has nothing to do with him being "black"(which he isn't).
And you know this because you are psychic.
If Colin Powell was President, if Al Sharpton was President(God forbid),no one would question their place of birth, and ask for a BC.

I just really love how your definitive list of things that would be included on this imaginary form you insist the right to see includes the word "maybe" because you know this is a big farce too. "Maybe a footprint?" Sure, sure. Nevermind the fact that there is not going to be one with a footprint on it at all because those are not considered legal documents in the states. Just add it anyway, toss in a "maybe" and see if it sticks. This is fascinating. MY BC does not have a hospital name or doctor signature. It simply certifies what US county I was born in, as does Obama's. Can I not run for president based on that then or are birthers just a really silly bunch?

So you're saying it's imaginary huh? You're saying the court is barring a man from viewing an imaginary document you say? Wow what a fanciful imagination you have.
Interesting how my use of the word "maybe" set you off. Was I showing too much doubt in myself? Maybe I should be more authoritative in my speech? I was born in America, believe me. I was born in America. How's that?
and birth certificates do have foot prints on them usually, just not mine.
