I just cant understand one thing! all of you who say hes trying to scam money by SELLING his book instead of mass producing it all for free, becuase we all know hes a secret billionare who can afford to give out free books right? The guy needs to make money to sell his books and write more books if you had read the fricken site the guy even says why he is charging money and offers a free ebook if you cannot afford it you just have to email him!
Why are so many people ok with throwing money at the huge corporations for your coffee and expensive clothes and fuel but yet you will not even buy a book that has even a small amount of good in it!?!

Anyways.. thats my rant...

From my observations, ATSers are not "most people", if they were I wouldn't have bothered to register. I wouldn't bother to generalize on this forum.

PS. if there is any speculation as to my seniority for any bizarre reason, I lurked on ATS for about four years before I joined (as if that has any pertinence at all).

i loved the video. I think this moment is fast aproching us.

Pretty funny that the creators of this are trying to exploit people for money just like any of the organizations it speaks out against does. Fail. If they really had pure intentions it wouldnt cost $40. Looks more like theyre trying to start a new religion for profit here, first you pay $40 for the book, then there will be some newsletter you just gotta buy to stay "informed" and so on. Soon you find yourself in the next Scientology.

nope.. not buying any of it; the message is clear and positive, but not new at all, and way overhyped; take Bono out of the video (he's a shill), as well as any hollywood images (as they can never be trusted), along with any of the other current famous pop-culture figures, as they are all suspect; meanwhile, the music is absolutely terrible, and weakens the message completely; all in all: played out, cheezy, and not worth anyone's time..

Thanks for posting this video. To me this isn't all about taking it all to heart and go sign up at the site and pay money to join a flock, it's more like a free inspiration, I didn't bother to check the site...but I know I was inspired by the video (had read some of the thread before I watched) It's like that with all things that inspire you, you take what you get from things that inspire you and use them as strength for yourself...no matter where it comes from if it had some sort of positive effect on you you use it to build you up! So if you felt moved by this one video, but then got disappointed by their site ...forget the site, just remember the video..it's strong, use that.
I personally listen to a lot of music that has this same type of uplifting vibe and I'm pretty good at digging up and finding that sort of music...music like that lives forever!

I despise those that try to use ATS in order to generate clicks for their products. Of course, it is always done "innocently" by a "non-affiliated but interested member"

As for the message, hippie bs that we have all heard before, told different ways dozens of times. If this guy thinks he is onto something original.....well, he should stop thinking.

Well sure, but it was well done and if you take it for what it is, it hurts no one. I liked it. Nothing new sure, but sometimes seeing good things over and over helps some, and it made me feel good after seeing it.

I hear you and I know we live in a material world. I work in construction. I get paid for 40 hours a week, but a work 84 plus sometimes. This is just me giving back a little. I also run (with my wife and father) a non profit called theology university and we never charge for anything. (Although donations are greatly appreciated I never ask for them.). We all get by fine.

I don't have a problem with billionaires contrary to my demeanor. I only believe that some things can and should be free in society. I have a HUGE problem with people who make money off of other peoples' misfortune
ie: religion, pharmaceutical, medical, I also think by now we should have a better social based system where profit is not allowed and we all chip in collectively in the areas of energy production, food production, environmental and housing.

If these areas are lacking it can only be because there are billionaires turning a blind eye to the suffering around them. If all of this was taken care of so the average citizen could spend their hard earned money on their pursuit of happiness instead of paying for health care and energy then the capitalist system can be redeemed and billionaires spared my ire.
