I am one who can harbor many ideas on how a superior race of alien race could have visited earth and with the technology involved in getting here
could have ways of doing in in stealth, (I just don't want to say cloaking their presence). I'm also one who is not impressed by any proof of any
contact, and based in the science we know and demonstrate and use, I find the distances necessary to get here from anywhere out there contradicts the
very basis of relativity. To me I understand near light speed travel is a one way trip into the future with no way of getting back to where you came
from, ie. time travel (which you will do at great speed–near light speed), can only move you forward, and travel back in time violates all the laws
of matter and physics we know. To me if an alien race got here they were on a one-way trip, and I see no evidence of it...UNTIL...
I read here that the company I work for examined metal left at Roswell back in 1947, with documents linked from the 50's. So I asked around a while
back and got stories. Mind you the sources of these stories were not from the metallurgists, and not from scientists, but hearing that 'word is
about' gave me a bit of intrigue to believe maybe that really was a genuine UFO crash (though that seems very careless for such an advanced race),
but again no life forms were ever mentioned, so I think space probe, and I once again think it could be so.
So in conclusion, I don't think a living alien being ever stepped foot on earth. There's no proof, just metal. Don't people wonder why most UFO
sightings involve such small crafts? Supposedly traveling light years in tiny spaces such crafts would offer? One would think they'd need very large
crafts to sustain themselves and fuel. Small crafts are probes, on that I keep a slight open mind on, but not living beings.
I vote no.
