Only one answer possible: (1) YES!

And it has nothing to do with "believing" really. The evidence is overwhelming!

- There are 300 billion suns in this galaxy alone.
- There are at LEAST 300 billion galaxies in the universe which tells us there are at least
90 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 suns in the universe!!!
- It is now estimated that there are 2 billion habitable planets around the suns in our galaxy alone.
- Life is a very common thing in the universe. In fact it's the only reason why it exists.
- Reality is not just the universe. We are living in a MULTIVERSE.
- There are probably 6 additional spacial dimensions referring to M-Theory.
- There is more than enough evidence that mankind HAS already been vistited by other beings.
- There is more than enough evidence that mankind IS CURRENTLY being vistited by other beings.

Everyone who does not answer (1) is either:

- Bloody stupid.
- A disinfo agent.
- No life form at all.
- Very arrogant to think that we are alone.

Knowledge is everything. Anyone with at least SOME knowledge can ONLY come to the conclusion that (1) is the ONLY possible and valid answer!

Cheers

I am very much on the fence. on one side I can see the potential for life to have visited our planet as they could be millions of years in the making and highly advanced beyond our wildest dreams having complete mastery over themselves and the technology that propelled them to great acheivements. Searching the galaxy for life, or perhaps to create it. one can see the problems they would encounter as we have the very same limitations on space (unless they are a freak species that can evolve to adapt to anything) they have to travel the very same distances we would and not impossible it is rather difficult. They would need to be self-sufficient in space and have some sort of suspended animation for long trips as speed of light travel is only theory and the means of which doesn't encompass organic travel (yet), That said. we could very well be the first civilization of any species to ever reach space. for all we know life is everywhere, or only here. I hope for "them" to be real and come here one day to take the smartest of our race to travel amongst the stars. but the odds are we won't be found for a long time due to the sheer amount of space

So the vote should be 1 YES
2 NO
3 not sure

Peace & Hope

Unfortunately I can't answer using the proposed scoring system, as actually your opening question contains multiple questions:
(1) the belief in alien lifeforms
(2) the belief in alien crafts
(3) the belief in them using those crafts to visit earth.

okay, let's take question 1 and dwell upon it. What exactly is meant by "alien lifeform"?
If it means just that, a lifeform that isn't earthly, then I THINK it's very probable so YES (if using a scale to score, I would score it - say 9/10)
If it refers to "intelligent alien lifeform" I would score a lot lower but still positive as it seems possible but less probable (my score: 3/10)

questions 2 & 3
As I think the notion of "craft" actually reflects limited human capacities and assume that intelligence that "travels interstellar space" has the intelligence to use more advanced technologies, my guess is NO.

I don't believe it. I know it to be a fact. So I am voting no, I don't believe it, I know it.

Anyone can see the truth for themselves. Look within, and you will find the answer.

S&22ndFlag. Great idea for a thread. Didn't know how many flags there were before just signing in and finally sticking my answer into the box. Awesome, nice sync.

Um 2 ???

Yeah right.

What a very vague poll. In the title you speak of alien life and alien spacecraft visiting Earth. Then in your post you ask who believes in aliens. Now by aliens I am guessing you mean intelligent lifeforms - how else would they build ships. And visiting Earth? I find that very laughable considering there is absolutely no conclusive evidence or proof that this happens. Peoples opinions on this are heavily influenced...

And to start the post "when i see all the sceptics..."

I believe in alien life. Whether it is intelligent or not is something we won't know in our lifetime unless one of them visit us...if they exist, or we manage to send a super duper spaceship out to another planet outside our solar system and find life. In my own personal opinion, it is NOT arrogant to think that we are the only INTELLIGENT species capable of elementary space travel - surely one species gets there first? Maybe it is us, maybe it is not...

I would have to say NO - I don't believe aliens visit the Earth based on current evidence, but YES, in the laws of probability, there could be at least one bacteria or something out there at least. "Oh there is a UFO in the sky! I believe in aliens..." How can people come to such a conclusion? Identifying and unidentifiable object and believing it is extra-terrestrial in origin...I find that stupendous. Yes, I know of kids in Africa and the LA incident, but that does not count for anything. But believe me when I say that I WANT to believe. I blindly believed when I was younger, but as I have gotten older I have looked at things more objectively. But I keep my mind open to the possibility.

Nice response, I agree wholeheartedly.

Too many pseudo intellectuals trying to appear like they have come to the conclusion that there is nothing out there on their own, except in reality they completely lack basic reasoning skills.

If you look at other religions in the world every god came from the sky witch make me think we Pray
the same god, But interpreted in different ways.
It's only logic and a bit of common sense

The only thing in the sky that i can think of it's planes and pigeons and weather balloon , flares and UFO

And thats the only reason why Nasa Had To Fake all the moon landings on TV beacause of ufo but that doesn't mean they didn't land on the moon They did land all 6 of them. but not on tv. the tv versions was made in a studio

My avatar speak for itself
