An Act of parliament is not "LAW" , although the government would have you believe it is.
corpus dilecti , the act of the crime and the injury loss or harm to someone or their rights!
As far as I am aware it is not unlawful to speak ill of another persons religion , whether this incites religious hatred or not , this would contravene freedom of speech
