I really think we are starting to see the patterns of weather manipulation. Look when I was a kid growing up in North Georgia I remember 4 seasons. I remember my grandmother talking about how she couldn't wait for spring or fall so she could turn the A/C or heat off and save on the power bills. Well there are only two seasons now it seems like. Summer and winter, and I think it's just a little bit fishy that the only two distinct season now are the seasons that require enegy use. Winter and summer. I hardly ever have days where I can just turn the heat off or a/c off and open the windows. I live in the mid-atlantic now and our power bills before we went solar averaged about 400-500 per month and the house is only 5 years old. I am beginning to think that the power companies may have a profitable stake in this weather modification. They are seeing record profits and before we went solar and let me tell you it was like pulling teeth to get our solar up. the county tried all kinds of injunctions to stop us we had to get a lawyer to threaten the county and BGE to get ours up. They fought us tooth and nail, I really think power companies are pushing this technology to drive the spring and fall seasons shorter and shorter so people use more energy.

If you want proof of an Earthquake inducing machine, just research Nikola Tesla's testing of his original. Then assume military scientests have been working on it since the 30's.Which Russian then American's have been!!

I think you don't seem to understand that these papers have little to do with speculation. Certainly not the first two pages as you can see. Do you mean when general Gordon Sullivan says ''the technology is there, waiting for us to pull it all together'' that he was speculating? Wouldn't speculating be more like ''there is a probability that we can achieve such devices, however more research needs to be done''

Seems people will be SO inclined to believe virtually anything, nowadays....without doing the proper investigations first!

What if they are using satellites, Air Force space plane, Aurora or something to that effect to control where the wave is directed.

I live in western NY and on either 4/29 0r 4/30 my girlfriend and I noticed 2 strange glowing lights that seemed to change color it was hard to tell. It was around 12:30 am, mind you at first I thought stars but I was looking at them and they seemed to be around the same distance from our location and were not moving as I looked at them for quite a while. I have since been out every night and they are not there either.

An hour later I went out and could not find them anywhere in the sky. I tend to look at the sky a lot at night as it's intriguing and get to see a lot of meteors too.

One was North West and the other was North East from us and I would have to say they were pretty close to Rochester area.

Thousands of people have been saying this kind of thing about the 'project' for years, and we're still here so far.

Cavitation is a great candidate for the protracted roaring sky noises that are being reported globally.

Come to think of it, cavitation (high frequency vibratory phenomena) would also be a great candidate for causing the internal injuries of the thousands of birds that fell from the sky in AK, and around the world.

All new houses built here in the UK in the last 5 years have got Solar Panels on the roof.

Ours work so well that we actually sell electric back to the energy supplier so all our Electricity if basically free and it also heats the Hot water for us too.

I have Solar Power for my Amateur Radio and computers, even battery chargers.

It's got to be the way to go and a good investment if you have the money.

Shares of Solar power companies will be booming this next 5 years, well I think so, it's a no brainer!

Decades ago simple devices were made to rock a small pendulum back and forth. They attached this tiny device to bridges and if they matched the harmonic frequency of the bridge they could get it to rock/sway....even fail.

You match the harmonic frequency of anything....very little power is needed to de-stabilize it. HAARP can destabilize fault lines causing earthquakes...and doesn't even need to be on high power.

What if the Russian Woodpecker transmission to the United States was merely feeding harmonic energy to the YellowStone SuperVolcano? Over time the emitted energy could destabilize the very little crust over the magma pool...causing the bulging we're seeing now and eventually....Boom....America's nuclear silos are buried in Ash....Russia has world dominance. Now we get to frequency: The solar triggered event usually goes hand in hand with extreme high frequency - magnetic.

Not that I'm aware of - the solar magnetic influx is a static field.

HAARP is a low frequency radio signalling system. Depending on the geological structure in a location; the EHF can pass without any results, the VLF of HAARP can trigger the event.

HAARP doesn't directly transmit VLF - it induces it in the ionosphere. And during a geomagnetic storm, you generally don't have a well defined "quiet" electrojet to modulate. It's all going haywire.

THESE had all the signs of HAARP; Strange shapes and multi colour in clouds, electromagnetic phenomena, low frequency, vibrations, etc.

These "signs" are generally only found on CT websites where other CTers have decided they are signs.

Could HAARP and chem-trails work together? They put metals in the air, It could be used as a conduit or shield to stop or change the frequency to make it more accurate ....I could be way off but that is my 2 cents
