The point of life is what you make it.

Some people live without any meaning.
Some people live to have a good time with their friends.
Some people live to raise a family and be a crucial support for them...to watch the young children grow old.
Some people live to please others.

It's all about what YOU decide to do with it.

The point of life is to decide for yourself what the point of your life should be.

Nobody has a plan or a slot or a spot with your name on it.

You get to decide what the purpose of your life is.

Pretty awesome and scary responsibility but at the same time it's incredibly liberating!

op, after several years on this roller coaster ride it becomes apparent: We are cattle, nothing less nothing more. Not wanting to be the bearer of bad news here, but google how many individuals in a given year are missing in the U.S.? New York alone has over 100,000 individuals.

Then look at what humans do to their elderly, we send them as fast as we can to a retirement home right? because they can no longer produce in this fecial society. Life is nothing more than a stock yard where the young and ignorant circle around hopelessy trying to become the stud of the group and when there time comes they are either kept for their seed, or slaughtered, But, none of them ever gain ground from the enclosed gates that they where born in or die from right?

Again not to be the bearer of bad news here

Eat, drink, and be marry, as that is all us goyim have

Life is about having fun, and also reaching your full potential. Learn to enjoy life, and be happy. Life can be heaven or hell, its how you make it. I like to explore and travel around the world, and seek all the beauty life has to offer.

Our purpose in life is about learning, building, exploring, experimenting, growing, helping one another, and advancing our civilization.

I agree with the above.

But also I feel we cannot know this answer, and to question and to ask to have that human intuitive emotion is what makes us sane. We could not handle the truth, and therefore are brains cannot comprehend this.

But the best time in my life (im only 25) was when I went travelling , just living , breathing ..smelling.
To Explore, Experience and to Evolve.

And you can do more than one. I find no meaning in life itself, but live to raise my family. Fulfilling responsibility is not the point of life, but an aspect of it.

Edit to make randyvs happy: People claim that the point of life is to think, and love, and I don't claim those to be wrong, but how does that work when there are people in this world who don't or can't love, and have limited thinking capabilities?

I am not trying to be rude or offensive i am seriously just asking this question rhetorically to you.

What exactly do you hope to gain from asking this to ANYONE other than yourself? do you think anybody else knows?

do you think that by searching externally you will discover this?

NO! you won't. if you are still at the stage where you are externally searching for the meaning of life, get past that and realize that you are the only one who can answer that question.

peace!

Sounds logical but No.
You could ask the ATS GURU

Nothing is alive.
Nothing has ever been alive.
Nothing will ever be alive.

You need to discover your true question.

Your half right! Nothing is alive because everything is alive. Just like everything exists because nothing exists.

It's starting to seem that everything exists as a duality of fullness or lack.

There is light (photons) and there is dark (lack of photons)
There is heat (particles) and there is cold (lack of heat particles)
There is all and there is nothing
There is love and there is hate (absence of love)
There is intelligence and there is stupidity (lack of intelligence)
There is now and there is past/future (lack of now)

If one side of the stick exists then so must the other, so if everything exists then it must be true that nothing exists as well.

However, going back to the original question, the point of life is to follow your happiness. Whether you are Christian, Muslim, in a developed country or in a non developed country, human, ape, lizard, or any other thing, it seems like everything is living to seek its happiness.

That would be so if Duality exists through all the levels of awareness from the mundane (human) to the Whole universe.

Here's another out there idea based on my own experiences..

Duality exists as a part of the Experience Here and so also exists in the supporting stages for life on earth.. the Astral levels of awareness.

Beyond those limited levels of Awareness, Duality does not exist of itself. This I know from what we can call soul levels of awareness where as a soul we understand all Experiences are Valid experiences, and we chose to have them because we do not make Value based Judgements.

It's only humans and the 'entities' within the astral that apply value-based Judgements of Good or Evil.

Hence it is only part of the Fabric for Life Experience Here.

I think the point of life is a test, and mankind starts with several minus points.

Mankind was obviously designed to kill, wage war, hate, be jealous, and do everything else that is horrible.

So, the game is to overcome these things.

Mankind is losing and always has - all we do is wage war and do all those other things - so I hope those idiots playing this game are happy - I would be bored by now.

If you actually read my post, you would see that I never said that someone should kill themselves if they believe that life has no meaning. I said that they must feel that there is a point to life to still be alive. If they really did not feel that there was a point to life, they would likely have killed themselves already, because there are a lot of negative things in life.

Most people who feel that there is no point to life would probably say that they do not kill themselves because there is someone in their life who would be saddened by it. This means that they feel that there is a point to life, to keep their loved ones happy.

If someone really, truly believed that there was no point to life, then what do you think would be their reason to go on living?

This question is only asked when people assume that we are immortal. When you understand, that to simply exist is the purpose of existence, then you will realise why all of life is precious.

It ain't like you got anything better to do, now is it...

Life is the Infinite playing hide-and-seek with itself. And there is no death; the fear of death is the fear a child feels when mommy's face disappears behind the hand in a game of peek-a-boo. Mommy's still there, and the Infinite is still there, too, in life and in death.

Peace

Nice

Disagree. There is nothing that is not, and what is, is, and is therefore always alive.
