The book of Thessalonians declares that there will be sent a strong delusion. Maybe a trick of the enemy to make the world believe an abduction has taken place, to explain away the missing. Or that the missing are all those that needed to be removed for one reason or another. Or the missing might be found missing after a nuclear event. Only time will tell. Be right, or be left.

What if the book was written to support a plan that was to be set in motion throughout history and the delusion warning was a diversion attempt.

Im just trying to look at all possibilities and when the time comes ill accept my fate with courage because I tried as hard as I could.

Hey Brianegan,

I mean this with respect and from a positive place; this topic seems to be causing you a lot of stress and worry, which can be a crappy thing to live with. If discussing it here doesn't ease your fears, try talking to a local pastor, reverend etc.....face to face conversations can make a lot more sense, I think.

I just don't like the idea of people getting really stressed and worried without good support, even strangers on the internet

Prove aliens exist first...

I cant prove that they dont and dont want people to die because we didnt believe the people that actually were showing us proof. Its not hard to believe that a higher technology could make a real video of them seem fake...If they are real, then they are hiding from the genral population.

No one hides unless they are guilty or planning something...

When I have no true answers that fit every question perfectly I see no other option.... Im affraid for my family---extended and direct, and for my own safety....

If you are accused of a major crime and taken to trial, if that defense attorney can make it seem like you dont fit the crime perfectly you are free to go because it cant be you if one thing didnt fit....

I only apply the same concept we use everyday to put people in jail or set them free.....

If there is something that no one is noticing going on behind the scenes and the people will get hurt by it I would say that there is def something to be affraid of....

I dont care about pain
I dont honestly even care what happens to me....
All I really care about is what happens to the people I care about and I want to make sure that they are safe.no matter the intruder...

I would stand up to god himself if he was about to hurt someone I cared about......Especially if I disagreed...I would demand an explanation.....

You sir are pure.....I am strong.....My worries are real and seriously causing me stress and actually have tried speaking to a few different church leaders in my area.. They always look at me like Im trying to waste their time so I stopped wasting their time. I hoped that someone might eventually come along and see this post for what it was and offer the truth.....

That was very nice of you and if you havent accepted christ as your savior yet still act like that, you are exactly who I'm stressing out over.....
If you have accepted jesus then you are a great example so keep going because I needed to see that you existed...

Oh yes 100% and I meant no disrespect to you at all..... My point was more along the lines of even though everything you said makes perfect sense to me there still would be a few things we would have to ignore for it not to have anything able to contradict it....

I have pondered the things you have said in my past and yet have moved to where I am now. The only way my personality allows me to move to the next step is if something contradicts what I believed prior. I cant preach something that someone could argue a convincing case against is all because in my mind the truth has no neighbor. can you understand what i mean without thinking i mean you any disrespect.. You seem to believe that you may choose the wrong religion and in doing so you condem yourself.

You fear for the safety of those you love but they're in no real danger from God...

Exactly.... I fear that it isnt by gods hand that we all are talking about the end and I fear that they wants us to think it is by his hand....

I fear that we really should be believing in aliens instead of finding proof because I fear that they are puppet masters to the disasters happening everywhere....

I fear that we have been grazing in a field where the farmer runs a slaughter house and made it look like the greatest home ever. We are waiting until the dog comes to lead us to where we go next, if we dont listen he's gonna bite us, only to realize that we never were really saved but actually tricked into feeding a whole other race of beings for dinner.

I dont know what is really going on and thats what im affraid of....

The risk is too high. Im was already disappointed to be part of a race that accomplished some of the horrible things we have done when I saw it on tv as a kid. I only grow up to find out that we now created a weapon that could destroy the whole earth.

Now I see people everywhere fighting about religion, who is right, and crazy things happening all over the world...

Whats next....If we are going to keep topping ourselves then there is only one more step....unless god is actually coming really soon we are going to blow it up form fear within our lifetime.... I he isnt coming, then someone tricked us and the only way i could explain it would be aliens

If not aliens then some humans figured out some trick that we havent yet and are trying to keep it a secret so they can rule the world.

i can understand that.... i think a lot if not all of this belief in aliens is induced by the media. In reality theres not a single shred of solid evidence they even exist. Similar to the idea of the devil...

So what is there to fear in all honesty? Will you live your life in fear of the unknown? Or except the fact that some things can't be explained...

Religion and belief in aliens are along the same lines.....a belief or fear of the unknown. The bible tells you to fear God..... Though in reality you should love God, fear of God is what detaches us from him...not sin. (as someone pointed out )

We all have our path and unfortunatly we don't know whats in store for us, theres no way to know what Karma you have accumulated so the possibility exists that some people are destined to die a horible death. We ask God for forgiveness and live the best life we can and help others along the way to repent for whatever "sins" or Karma you might have in store for you.

Fear does nothing but handycap you as you clearly understand... You can't live a happy life if you live in fear, so remove that fear and trust in God.

Someone did trick you, God isn't comming back......this creation is perfect exactly how it is....this is why God doesn't interfear with human affairs...its not needed.

i do not feel "God" is contained within any religion, that is to be certain.

it seems you are trying to carry the world on your shoulders, but such a thing is not the responsibility of just one of us, you know? Our own actions, though, are indeed our own individual responsibilities.

I see that because of the nature of space and time, things continuously progress. Because of this, and our limited time "here," it would seem that every continuous moment is a choice as to what to "do," what story to write with ones life. Doing "nothing" is an illusion as it seems the overall time frame continues to progress either way.

The only thing we can do is choose what story to write, for ourselves. i think we all need to find things as part of a personal journey though, and others can only "point" the way based on their experiences. Jesus said to "Love one another" and "Love God," as the two base "commandments." "Not" Loving would lead to separation from God, or hell. i believe that the concept of heaven and hell applies to while we are alive, similar to other systems such as karma. it was said that the "kingdom of heaven is amongst you," in the bible as well. These are all just people pointing the way for you to experience the same "thing" they did, because we are all parts of the same "thing."

So, if one is going to write their story, what "ink" will be used? It seems to me that coming from a state of Love as a base to all actions was the main message, and i decided to pursue the same for myself.

I would say, just realize you are currently writing the incredible story of your life, so pick up the "pen," so to speak. the other "big" answers will come in time, just do what you can to better yourself everyday and learn everything you can. One of the deep beauties in life is in its impermanence. Do not be afraid to find your own individual answers on God, because that is how it works anyway. the simultaneous and continuous sustained movement that is our universe is awe-inspiring in its complexity, simplicity, consistency, and mass (on both large and small scales, and everything in between). Even our body itself is beyond our conscious mental contemplation in its totality. The only thing that needs to "change" is our perspective, but all these things are happening at all times around us and have "always" been there.

i think when it comes down to it.. "in all ways, learn and grow with Love." That about sums what one is "supposed" to do in a significant majority of the worlds religions, but even the people contained within those religions all have individual contexts for their beliefs, but most do not carry through in their action. none of them believe exactly the same anyway (even when they think they do), but whether or not they explore such things personally is a free will decision. Most seem to get caught up in the contexts, instead of the concepts. It is something we experience individually, through our own perspective. Dont worry about things that are out of your control, it wastes time and energy that could be used to better "oneself" in some way
