It probably some stupid government think tank that thought this bright idea up... and to be honest it will never actually happen.

You cannot ban something that grows naturally everywhere, thats like trying to make you pay to breath.
Pointless.

If you look at the plant species that it says contains '___', it doesn't mention acacia. By starting a facebook page about it your probably educating them in something they don't know.

Oh my no!

Do not smoke bark!
haha, you'll cough your brains out!
and nothing will happen.

You need an MAOI Inhibitor, some plant (there are a ton, each with it's own 'spirit') to allow your body to absorb it properly; if you want to make the Ayahuasca brew
. Many hours of introspective revelation.

Also, you can extract it, for a different, instant, 15 minute experience; takes you to other worlds, to meet entities/aliens, and walk in alien worlds, real ones, with real knowledge without changing your perception... in the sense... You do not become intoxicated, you simply experience a different plane of existence/state of mind.

This stuff is not illegal where I am, unless of course, it is in its raw crystal form(but not necessary at all); the best part about this miracle substance is that it clears your mind, removes all negativity, and allows a person to see what role they really play in this existence.

It is part of you
It's part of nature
It is what connects us all at the basic language of the universe and nature.

Best part is that it feels as natural as a walk in the park

Ya, I'm pretty sure they're already on the ball with that. The legislation dose say "any plant containing '___'".

Rather than make a list of 1000's of plants, they hav just broadened it to any contaning the substance within a certain percentage limit, which Acacias fall into unfortunately, along with a massive number of other native trees, shrubs, grasses, sedges, reeds, lillies and flowers.

All in all, I'd say that near 85% of tubestock in any given native nursery would be breaking the law. Also Citris farmers and most home gardeners.

just so you know
ATS does not condone the discussion of controlled substances , '___' is a controlled substance when it is synthesised or extracted in a pure form .
ATS t's n c;s are pretty strict about it

Go google search , there are thousands of threads on '___'

'___' is not a drug to be messed with , it is life changing it is not to be used as something to do when bored or for fun !

Yeah and it's posting or advertising the "Spiritual", "Get with the Universe", kind of stuff like this that will give the government fuel to burn every single plant on earth...

Keep it up.. good work.

Try talking logically and not like a hippie or you'll wreck it for everyone....

Sorry, not trying to hasstle you or anything, but the government will use stuff like you just said to justify their actions.

Not all of us want to smoke the stuff. Some of us love our native trees because of their environmental value and because these plants keep many of us employed..!!

I will continue to experiment with meditation and lucid dreaming. I have some success with meletonin and my meditation is getting a lot better. I can't wait for night time every night because it feels so good just to lay there. Sometimes I can't sleep, but I just kind of go halfway between sleep and awake. Even in a hypnogic state I am very relaxed.

Well if my single post is going to be used as leverage to destroy these plants, then this planet is so [[snip]] it wouldnt make a difference anyway.

What is wrong with connecting to the one thing that you're part of?
I am no hippy, and do not condone to any hippydom. But this stuff is very centering; there are many ways to use its magick. Say what you will.

I just believe that people deserve to have their eyes opened; its all around you, it is for you!

Ayahuasca is advertised all over the place, my single post will not be added to the pile.
This stuff is undeniably amazing, and yes, life changing.

I am not concerned, and I believe people can/should find the truth for themselves.
I am not trying to advocating, just giving an honest reply.

For all you people worried about Fluoride clogging your third eye; I believe this is the 1st step to reversal!

I am a little off the handle, but I do not post often for that reason.

Not much reason. But this is something I truly believe in!

Sorry, regards to the people who just want the plants around; I have an opinion on that too, so do not take me all from my one post!

It would be absolutely ass-backwards to destroy and remove all these plants obviously due to the damage to the natural systems it/they supports.

I believe you will find many things change, weather its species of insects/animals leaving, who knows.

Sorry for the double post.

Does soda or cola contain fluoridated water? I drink a lot of coke and I have a Britta filter on my water at home. I don't think the Britta filter does anything to remove Fluoride. People in Arkansas are actually lobbying to make sure that everyone is "entitled" to fluride in the water so some "poor children" can have "good teeth".

It is BS, but stupid people believe that they are "entitled" to the stuff. I want to remove it from my body. I heard iodine drops are good for this.

Does anyone know how to take Iodine? I think it has to be a special kind for you to consume it. I think you can add it to your bathtub too, for an Iodine bath, but it will make you orange if you use too much I think.

Life is strange sometimes. Australia is home to the most severe internet sensoring in the free world and now they want to ban tons of natural plant species just because of minute amounts of a substance that is not harmful in any way (but possibly a source of enlightenment, God forbid
)

How does that square with the rough, tough devil may care attitude we associate with Australians. This does not make any sense to me. I am sure someone understands the psychology, or insanity behind this, but I sure don't.

Good luck y'all with fighting this and nipping it in the bud, the proposed legislation, that is.

This sounds pretty kooky. I'd like to know just who has put this forward. I'm sure lots of proposals go up but never get anywhere, but this does sound threatening. I've sent an email to Avaaz.org and getup.org.au, to see if I can get a bit more light and/or action going....

Perhaps you haven't heard of plants called Cannabis or Hemp? They used to grow naturally everywhere and were large parts of the global economy (before we became global that is). Now if you grow them you get thrown in jail.

There is precedent for this sort of thing happening. I can't honestly see them destroying the '___' containing plants though - I can see them increasing penalties for taking any part of the plants with you when you go.

Just because it is illegal, doesn't mean it ceases to exist.
Good job Australia.
