I agree. I ran the pics through photoshopp overlaid them and yes they are the same. There IS the eye colour thing but we all know that can be done with contacts. But there is an other thing. The bruise on his head. It looks fresher in the new pic...I find that very weird. Same place and everything just fresh???

Someone on here talked about the first pic being a photophop of the latest picture released. That makes sence. I had said that the bruise on his head was fresher on the latest pic than the first. If the photoshopped the first then superimposing the bruise by an unexperienced photoshoper might be the reason it's smaller. Let me try stuff. I'll bet back to you.

Here's the problem with eye witness: here is a sample of one from an ABC article

"I could see it all," she said, looking out through the glass shop front to the scene of the crime. "I could see people falling, especially one of the elderly ladies, crumpled onto the road."

They use her phrase "I could see it all" to make it seem like she knows who the shooter was, but she doesn't say anything about the man's height or appearance. That is just one example.

Another witness said he looked like a "fringe character" okay, that fits the bill, but that doesn't describe how he shot off 32 rounds before he was stopped. Plus with such a vague description it almost seems planted, it would depend on how many people claimed to see this fringe character. Since we have not actually seen the incident it is basically something no body knows for sure.

Just like you, I'm trying to look at this in every possible angle. I just see what's on the news and other sites. That's how we draw our own conclusions. But I do feel like there is something fishy about all this but what? I can't put my finger on it. It's like having something on the tip of my tongue. I'm trying to duplicate the photoshop as we speak. I'll keep you posted.

I'm under the impression that the mugshots are both from the 11th jan 3 days after the shooting .

according to this the first mug shot was released on Jan. 10. So if the second one was released 3 days later on the 11, then the pictures are one day apart from each other. That's a lot of weight to lose in one day.

Any Attorney will tell you that an eye witness is the worst kind of witness to have.....Your eyes play many, many tricks on you. Many people have been jailed due to eye witness and later released because of scientific evidence.. I do not trust my eyes....Nor should anyone else...

The ears are different, mainly the earlobes.

Yeah or you can actually pay attention to the details of the "original" mugshot and realize it was tampered with from the start. It's the same person, not a conspiracy. Get real....

The first mugshot was taken the day of the shooting, by the locals, Pima County Sheriff's office.

The other two mugshots were taken 3 days later by the Feds.

Ok thanks , Like I said yesterday , I thought it impossible for them to be taken the same day . They probably read my post and changed the #kn date to say .

I have never been so interested in a case such as this .

I'm fascinated to see if this actually happened (Proof needed ) or if its just a test a physiological operation to see if the sheeple are still sheeple and what they can get away with .
