how do you explain the avg life expectancy as high as it is now , compared to 100 years ago since all of this stuff is so bad?

I don't really have any facts to back this up...but....I think the average life expectancy is in decline....cancer, chidhood diabetes, strokes and heart attacks in 20-30 yr olds, wars etc.. I don't think we can really say that our generation is going to live quite a long life as our grandparents, who by the way, weren't exposed to half the # in their formative years of growth as our children are. Its all cummulative. Also, what's the quality of life going to be in those latter years? Especially for someone who is morbidly obese, imagine carrying all that weight around on your old, brittle bones? Or an elderly person on agressive chemo-therapy? That's my opinion.

the old people today are the brainwashed gullible rubes that not only allowed, but cheered on TPTB.. they were too ignorant (read stupid) to ever learn anything for themselves, they gobbled the lies hook line and sinker..

anyway, they were raised on exclusively organic food. possibly the intake of organic food while the body is growing/developing is a huge advantage.. flip side, intake of chemicals/toxins/poisons while growing is worse than damage done once full grown.

back to old people rant-- they ruined this country through being turned into pinnocchio donkeys!! that is the moral of the story Not the lie/growing nose thing..everyone over 50 is a pinnochio donkey..

I recall years ago an advocate of washing foods with clorox, hopfully he's not dead now. You may want to investigate the claim. I don't suggest doing so. Posted for me by another member: (Ah, the joys of Codex Alimentarius. ) Check that out!

Did you know that.......

2.) Sodium Lauryl and Laureth Sulfate are in many household products today including toothpaste, shampoos, and soaps. This product is used to degrease warehouse floors in it's strongest form. Why would you agree to put this product on to your body and the top of your head NEAR YOUR BRAIN!!!! for all of your life, this product (and most non organic chemicals are accumulative) is accumulative.

So what? 'Degreasing' is what it was designed to do - same with all soaps. Also, sodium laureth sulphate is an organic compound.

3.) Aluminum is in deodorant and has been studied and is believed to be linked to an increase in breast cancer and cancers of the lymph nodes since some major lymph drainage areas lie in and/or around the axillary areas. Once again ACCUMULATIVE!!!!!!!

This is completely unfounded. There is actually no scientific evidence whatsoever to prove or disprove whether aluminium containing deodorants increases the occurrence/risk of breast cancer.

4.) Artificial sweeteners including but not limited too......Aspartame, Sucralose, Phenylalanine, also known as Splenda, Nutrisweet, Sweet n Low, all diet drinks, almost all gum, anything that says sugar free, or light on it generally uses these products. Almost all of them are known to cause cancer in lab rats and have some history and traceable side effects including but not limited to neurological effects such as seizures, inability to sleep, and even death.
Also it's ACCUMULATIVE in your system especially if used heavily as in if you drink more than 1 soda per day and by 1 I mean 1 serving not 1 62 oz. drink LOL

HAHAHA! Phenylalanine? Really. Oh man. If that's the case, we're all completely screwed. Phenylalanine is one of the 20 standard amino acids. We are absolutely full of phenylalanine (and need to be, within reason). The only people for whom consuming phenylalanine is a risk is people suffering from phenylketonuria - and that's literally because they cannot metabolise it.

Re. aspartame. There have been all sorts of claims and accusations regarding its safety and as a result, it is one of the most studied food additives around. With every claim made that I know of, it has been found that even with excessive doses, formation of cancers, neurotoxic defects (that includes headaches, seizures, mood changes and whatever else), etc. do not result. There were, however, studies done by the European Ramazzini Foundation of Oncology and Environmental Sciences that disagreed with these claims (ERFOES). The results presented in the studies had to be discounted though, due to the massive number of flaws in their experimental design, etc. Simply, their experiments were so poorly set up and maintained that they couldn't actually justify that their results (increased malignancies in rats) was because of aspartame and not malnutrition or a contaminant in their aspartame supplies. Considering the mass amounts of evidence that points to the contrary, I'd definitely have to agree with the people who decided the ERFOES studies were invalid.

I understand that a lot of the hype surrounding aspartame is because of its metabolites. It gets hydrolysed in the small intestine very, very quickly and is turned into methanol, phenylalanine and aspartic acid. The latter two are amino acids and are completely fine to consume and have in our system (unless you have phenylketonuria). The methanol that is generated is converted into formaldehyde, which is then further transformed into formic acid. Really though, the amount of formaldehyde you get from aspartame is in fact much less than what you would normally produce every day in your body, and it is expelled quite quickly. Additionally, the amount of methanol found in aspartame is actually less than you get in beer or fruit juice, so I don't see the problem with it.

Case in point......look at cancer rates since Reagan's day and the "War on cancer" was waged.....the rates have not gone down they have gone up....modern medicine and big pharma and agriculture have given us lower instances of debilitating diseases and given us back higher instances of obesity, heart disease, diabetes, faster sexual development for children due to hormones in meat, and surprise surprise higher cancer rates.........

Obesity, heart disease, diabetes, (possible) increase in cancer rates and accelerated sexual development in teens can all be traced back to how different our lifestyle is compared to then.

So basically.....

We can't eat, drink, or clean our homes or bodies.

We're all going to die.

I'm not doubting these things, they are clearly true. But what is the alternative to a normal person? I mean where do you find all these products that are completely untouched? Short of growing your own farm and creating shampoo, etc...from it. And who has the TIME for that?!

We're all going to die.

At least I'll smell good when I do.

Like I said modern medicine has eradicated most life threatening diseases there are hospitals around the corner in practically every city and an ER where people can go even if they can't afford care because it's illegal for them to turn you away totally. That has only happened in the last 50 years since western medicine has been established. You also noticed that since Polio nothing has been cured. It's only been "treatments" that have been improved upon. It is far more profitable to have you alive feeding money into a corrupt system that is now starting to treat it's patients like cattle. I know this first hand I am friends with an ER nurse and they are now giving out a "turnaround time" for each patient and if the nurses don't meet this requirement you either are written up or you don't "advance." Life expectancy is high because major disease like flu, TB, polio, etc...were eradicated or highly suppressed. Like I said though they have not found a cure for cancer, HIV/AIDS, etc....in supposedly 30 years of trying.

Back to the point about the hospitals though there is an ER within 30 minutes to an hour of almost every single person in the US 50 years ago such was not the case. We're not talking about life expectancy either we're talking about quality of life. You may life to be 75 or older now where as it was 65 to 70 before or younger, however what is your life going to be like? So crippled and decrepit that you can't even wipe yourself? Hearing and eyesight so bad we can't drive? Aches and pains? Arthritis so painful you can't even get out of bed? Another note to all of this is lack of communication between doctors the average senior citizen could eliminate half of the medications they were on if all of their doctors were aware of what was going on and followed up with your medical records, but they don't have time for that. The average senior citizen is on 16 medications or more. That is ridiculous I don't even like taking vitamins to be healthy let alone 16 pills with side effects and half of which cancel each other out. Life expectancy has gone up but quality of life for those who make it that far is crap! Many leaps in the right direction have spawned this system which has given us longer life but has take the joy out of it even if you get that far.

My sister actually does do all of those things they own chickens and a dog, they have two businesses, plus my brother in law has a regular job, they are about to start a garden, they already grow their own herbs. Coincidentally one of the businesses they own is making all natural soaps, lotions, shampoo, body wash, lotion, healing balm, lip balm, etc.....she sells herbs in bulk, and also sells teas from the herbs she grows and buys. So I have it good in that department. Yes living like this is a bit more expensive but what most people don't realize is that there are cheaper alternatives. Plain white vinegar is a great cleaner and sanitizer, also there is a brand called Method which you can order online through Target or Kroger, or I am sure directly from the manufacturer, completely environmentally safe and safe for you and your children. (Side note) If you eat organically or naturally you end up eating less and healthier at the same time once your body becomes accustomed to the change and therefore you do end up saving money in the long run. No one said though that you had to go throw everything out of your fridge today or tomorrow and GO ORGANIC. That's unrealistic. Make small changes as you go back to the grocery store, look at the labels, and if it has cellophane on it and there are ingredients you have a really difficult time pronouncing a good rule of thumb is don't buy it.......Well you say that would be almost everything I eat.........like I said take baby steps, add organic milk and meat to the list and leave everything else alone for a while, you'll be amazed at the almost withdrawal like symptoms you will have from the hormones and chemicals.....just a suggestion if you don't want to you don't have to, but everyone should care about their health and their environment especially if you know there is something you can change. You just have to be willing........

Some of these things I will not argue with however it depends on what you mean by scientifically unfounded, there are journals and journals and journals of medical notes and treatments that were used as long as fifty years ago on things that supposedly cured cancer and had a far higher success rate than chemo does but yet when the inventors of the method died their method died off with them or was discounted. Same thing is more than likely true about all of the other things mentioned and I for one am not risking it. It has been theorized, studied, and scrutinized and some people say it's bad also some people say it's not.......Just because the mainstream media and/or medical journal magazines haven't published it doesn't mean there's no proof or that these are unfounded claims........Like I say though I am not trying to force anything down anyone's throat I am completely open minded for discussion and I am the last one to get holier than thou and preachy so don't believe me or others who believe very strongly about this. I totally believe in the Constitution and free speech and you are most definitely entitled to your opinion even if it goes against everything I believe and I would defend your right to do so under pain of death.....so go ahead brother believe, think, and say whatever makes you happy.

No problem and btw city water does have some vitamins and minerals in them but a lot of them are destroyed by the time they get to you by the chlorine, fluoride, and other chemical additives that city water has in them. As far as your reverse osmosis filtered water if you have already invested in it and don't want to get rid of it then I would suggest just drinking what you have just know you're not getting any benefit other than clean hydration, but the benefits of water with naturally occurring vitamins and trace minerals in them far outweigh just simple hydration. So I would recommend looking up something called a Berkey water filtration system they run about $200-300 and remove 99.99999 percent of all "bad stuff" -------> (direct from a Berkey distributor webpage) "This Berkey water filter system is revolutionary, in fact through testing and research we found that it removed viruses to purification standards, pathogenic bacteria, cysts and parasites to non detectable levels and harmful or unwanted chemicals to below detectable levels. The Berkey also reduces toxic heavy metals such as lead and mercury without removing the benificial and nutritional minerals in water needed to support a healthy body and mind."

A few generations ago there were people concerned about other additives, agents, pesticides etcetera, and their side effects.

It took a long time and many loud voices to make the facts known to the public. It did then, and it will now.

Wealthy people own huge corporations. They pay off the politicians to get what they want. Which is more money.

IMHO -most- corporate heads and -most- politicians are DRUNK on wealth and power. They don't give a damn if you live, die, or give birth to children with flippers. They just want to sell their product or service, no matter how destructive or evil it is.

Please keep spreading the truth. Tell your neighbors, tell your friends, write to newspapers, do whatever it takes. Because it takes a HUGE effort for the common people to successfully buck Big Business and Washington DC.

Ok well it's not just about what is safe to eat it's also knowing about nutrition and what foods mix and don't mix. Believe it or not starches and meats are not supposed to be mixed. The enzyme created to digest starches cancels out the one we use to digest meat, so what you end up with is a putrefying pile of stuff in your stomach that your body has a hard time digesting. This is part of the reason why bloating, constipation, indigestion, and acid reflux is so common among todays society. Also *Side Note* Acid reflux is not the absence of acid and actual acid coming up, it is a lack of enzymes and acid in your stomach and the food is deteriorating i.e. "rotting" in your stomach and the gases of the minimal amount of acid and the food deterioration mix and come up burning your esophagus, which is why usually you can drink a glass of milk which is more acidic than alkaline and reduce your "heartburn" THEREFORE TUMS MAY MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER BUT YOU'RE MAKING THE PROBLEM WORSE IN THE LONG RUN!!!!!

Anywho, don't eat fish because 80% of that comes from the Gulf of Mexico and personally I know what was in that darn dispersant they used *highly toxic* along with the oil residues of toxicity in the water and under the water. Eat organic or natural chicken, if you insist on eating fish eat wild caught not farm raised because farm raised fish are generally in terrible health and therefore not as good for you *same as eating a sick or diseased animal*, fresh vegetables, limit bread and simple starch intake, substitute instead for rice pasta or rice try to go natural or organic, make sure to spray all veggies and fruits with veggie wash. However there is a list called "the dirty dozen" that are the most sprayed fruits and veggies of all and those are the ones to watch out for. Things like apples and strawberries would be on that list of the highest dosage of pesticides you'd find just about anywhere. ]]
Also a great thing to do is to eat six times a day not three cut your meal and serving sizes down to their actual serving size portions instead of double and triple that. Eat a medium breakfast consisting of fruit and yogurt, granola and organic milk or even rice or almond milk, eat a snack 3 hours later, 3 hours later eat lunch, 3 hours later a snack, 3 hours later dinner, and if you must and if you are up late like I am then have a snack 3 hours after that. This is the perfect tool for weightloss and/or maintaining weight is eating like that, your body will not be in starvation mode constantly and therefore if you get into this habit and you slip up you will not put back on some weight at double the rate in which you lost it.....

No problem bud just here to help it helps with my sister being a nutritional consultant, holistic healthcare practitioner, master herbalist, and the owner of a home based business making hygiene products.
If you want to stay big though keep up with the supplements but a great source of protein is believe it or not a protein mix made from Hemp it's very good for you and totally legal lol. They sell it at a store we have here called Kroger but I'm sure you can find it other places too. Make sure to start incorporating leafy green veggies into your diet with every meal. If you're a larger guy trying to get lots of protein, steam them don't boil them to death otherwise you kill the nutrients, and about 2 cups worth of those per meal is the perfect serving size. Also I know you need carbs I'm just saying don't mix them improperly with your proteins atleast not simple carbs like plain pasta, bread, etc....since you need them for your profession I would recommend getting your carbs in over the snack times like having a baked potato or something.
Any other questions feel free to ask.

IMO the biggest danger we should be addressing are estrogen like compounds found in plastics and other items, the most common is bisphenol A i believe but there are many more. Denmarks environmental agency wrote up a report and basically said it was a ticking time bomb waiting to go off. I don't believe there is some grand conspiracy to achieve population reduction though nefarious means...but unless this is addressed then infertility will continue to rise over the coming decades along with many other problems. www.megaupload.com... I uploaded the report here for those interested.
