The Day Before Roswell

Quick update I just had to share:
I'm feeling a combination of elation and trepidation at the moment I suppose.

For those of you who have watched the video I made about my first UFO sighting, you will have noticed the strange formation movements, and many odd maneuvers and gyrations the single craft performed at high speed, and also sometimes hovering still for a moment before continuing or retracing it's path "fast as snapping your fingers". As you may have noticed, some of these gyrations have rarely or -never- been reported elsewhere.

As I have been sorting through these new reports, gradually one by one, all of the above mentioned aspects of my sighting, I now see being reported by citizens back then from all across the nation.
So the elation I guess is from feeling vindication and verification after all these years, but then the trepidation is hard to put a finger on... I suppose it's the further confirmation of the truly alien nature of the things they were doing, not just in it being radically advanced technology, but in them doing things that no human pilot would intentionally do...

I'll keep it short for now and just say that all of the odd things you saw in my sighting, you will now also see described in the 1947 combined sources update report I am nearly done with (after foaming at the mouth and blathering on for ages in the intro, I suspect at this point.)
I believe I may have also spotted a trail of reports observing the Roswell craft on it's way to it's destination, as I alluded to in an earlier post.

We'll see... still a bit of sorting to do.

I'd be really interested to know when these sightings really began. Because if they started well before Roswell, it kind of defeats the logic.

Witness: missionary pilot Jay Cole, flying a Beech C-45 twin-engined utility plane. One light performed aerobatics for 15 minutes and then vanished. A second light appeared, heading toward them on a collision course, made a 90* turn and disappeared. Later, ground radar told them a target was following them. Sightings lasted 15 minutes.

July 21, 1952, Converse, Texas. 4:30 p.m:

Witness: wife of USAF Capt. J. B. Neal. One elongated, fuselage-shaped object flew straight and level, made a right-angle turn and went out of sight at more than 300 m.p.h., all in 3-5 seconds.

Nov. 13, 1952, Glasgow, Montana. 2:43 a.m:

Witness: U.S. Weather Bureau observer Earl Oksendahl. Five oval-shaped objects, with lights all around them, flew in a V-formation for about 20 seconds. Each object seemed to be changing position vertically by climbing or diving as if to hold formation. Formation came from the northwest, made a 90* overhead, and flew away to the southwest.

Nov. 24, 1952, Annandale, Virginia. 6:30 p.m:

Witness: Lt. L. Brettner. One round, glowing object flew very fast, made right angle turns and reversed course during a 1 hour sighting.

July 12, 1952, Annapolis, Maryland. 3:30 p.m:

Witness: insurance company president William Washburn. Four large, elliptical-shaped objects were seen to fly very fast, stop, turn 90* and fly away in 7-8 seconds.

July 13, 1950, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. 5 p.m:

Witnesses: two skilled Arsenal employees including Mr. Washburn. one object, shaped like a bowtie, and like polished aluminum. Flew straight and level, then one triangle rotated 1/4 turn in the opposite direction and returned to its original position. The object then made a right-angle turn and accelerated away after at least 30 seconds.

Jan. 10, 1953, Sonoma, California. 3:45 p.m or 4 p.m:

Witnesses: retired Col. Robert McNab, and Mr. Hunter of the Federal Security Agency. One flat object, like a pinhead, made three 360* right turns in 9 seconds, made abrupt 90* turns to the right and left, stopped, accelerated to original speed and finally flew out of sight vertically after 60-75 seconds.

May 11, 1954, Washington, D.C. 10:45 p.m:

Witnesses: three USAF.air policemen at Washington National Airport. Two bright lights were seen on three occasions to fly straight and level, make 90* turns and fade. Each sighting lasted about 45 seconds.

Feb. 27, 1967, Grand Haven, Michigan. 8:19 p.m:

Witnesses: Sheriff Grysen, wife and others. Large white light, with smaller red and green lights seen to the sides. Made almost instantaneous 90degrees turn to left, shot out over road and stopped, moving too fast to follow. Sighting lasted 1 hour, 11 minutes.

Once again great stuff karl 12! Also the V formations described in those sightings you just mentioned are a very common feature in the 1947 reports too. Also the caliber of trained of observers is very high. However, ANY citizen who sees odd craft moving at "terrific speeds" and also cutting corners on a dime, knows that it's time to alert the officials.

But in the years after 1947, when a witness discovers that no "official" agency wants to hear about it, the bigger mystery begins.

A good friend of mine who also is an investigator, has been called "the ufo nut" by his father for ages, who is a pragmatic salt of the earth old school type of guy , and thinks his son is a fool for wasting his time on such matters.
Then, not long ago, things changed overnight. He was preparing for bed about 1 am, and was in the bathroom when he noticed an odd flickering of light coming from the window, which he could not see the source of from that vantage. He knew the next door neighbors were on vacation, and had left their teenagers home alone in charge of the house. Fearing that they had caught the house on fire, he raced down the stairs and outside into the yard.
When he got past his house and turned to see theirs, his life changed in a heartbeat. There, "silently hovering about 50 feet over their house, was a silvery disc, projecting various colored beams down on the house, flickering and moving around". His son interrupted at this point and asked "Oh **** did you get a picture??". His father replied "Hell NO I didn't get a picture, I was too busy ******** down both pant legs!!" ( )
The craft hovered motionless for about 30 seconds there, then the beams of light went out and it fairly slowly drifted off silently (at the same height) out of the (residential) neighborhood.
He was left shaken and not knowing what to do. He went back in his house and called the police, who told him to sleep it off, and when he got mad, they told him to call the airport. The airport told him they do not handle such matters. The local airbase told him they do not investigate such matters, perhaps a local UFO group could help him.
He was ready to go postal at that point, but after calming down for a minute and thinking, he realized "Ah HAH!, call my son!!" Which he did, and after relating what he saw, he lowered his voice and apologized to his son for all the years of abuse, and for not believing him as a son. His son just replied "welcome to the club."
The next day the father canvassed the neighborhood (big ufo investigator now lol) looking for anyone else who might have seen this amazing sight. Turned out an elderly woman across the street also saw the same thing he did, and down the block 2 different houses saw the craft leaving the neighborhood. Oh and the kids next door?.... turned out they were there, and slept through the whole thing.

Anyway, besides being a great sighting, I like how it shows that it is just matter of perspective, not a belief in UFO's.
I often have been asked "so, you believe in UFO's huh?" and I reply "No, I just know about them."

A51Watcher, thanks for the reply matey and that's certainly a very interesting UFO incident reccounted by the father of your friend, particularly as there were corroborating witnessess to the event - I couldn't agree more with your comments about it all being a matter of perspective and perhaps a lot of people are asking the wrong questions when it comes to the UFO subject - I also think the term 'UFO nut' (and all the baggage that comes with it) has done a great deal of damage when it comes to objective research into the phenomenon - it also doesn't help when the problem is compounded by the corporate media and Terry Hansen makes some very astute points in this presentation.

I realy do applaud your research into the 1947 wave and it looks like the local libraries are treasure troves of information when it comes to specific UFO reports from the era - I don't know if you've read it but Michael Hall and Wendy Conners also list some very strange cases in this E-book about Alfred Loedding:

Echoing another poster, this is what ATS should be about and confirms what I have been reminded of on more than one occasion in other threads, that ATS has team depth and a lot of people who really know what they are talking about. I liked the reference to Stanton Freidman as well and the connection between him and the info you later dug up. I'm sure he would be very pleased if he saw this thread.

Two light years is close in space. Maybe it was a passing mothership on another vector, that was ordered to have a "look see" when the blasts were detected.

I think you misunderstood something here. Tesla / Philadelphia Experiment, and/or Nazi's have nothing to do with the Roswell Incident or the day before Roswell.

And why use New Mexico as location to detect the Soviet nuclear bomb, when it seems more logic to use for example Alaska (which is far closer to the Soviet Union) to operate from there? The fact is the military used a WB-29 airplane attached with a filter to track airborne debris to detect the first Soviet nuclear bomb in 1949, and they used Eielson Air Force Base, Fairbanks, Alaska to operate from there. They didn't use Mogul Balloon train attached with Rawin Targets to detect the Soviet Nuclear bomb.

So we both agree that the weather/Mogul Balloon was hoax, correct? The ET spacecrafts are for real, that's correct. And some these ET spacecrafts do crash from time to time. For example, it was only few years back that several 'Peugeot 307' cars suddenly blew on fire, because of electronic failure. Even our own aircrafts crash from time to time. Accidents happens all the time. Former Soviet test pilot Marina Popovich claim that the Russians are hiding 5 crashed alien spacecrafts, were at least one of them are reported to have unusual hieroglyphic signs on it (not similar to the Roswell alien hieroglyphic signs, but still not similar to any earthly hieroglyphics), and there are at least 3 or 4 reported UFO crashes in the United States. A UFO crashed in Brazil in the 1990'ies, the aliens were captured, one soldier died of 8 different unknown poison bacteria attacks, because he touched it's skin. Yeah, too bad he died. Never never touch an alien, unless you're wearing gloves.

So people make Tesla spaceships? There are rumors about aliens (from outer space) working together with human scientists in Area 51, that's correct. I am open about these rumors. It could be possible that human scientists in cooperation with aliens make spaceships in Area 51, and test them, today. But, what about 1947? People perhaps of Mr. Lyne's opinion is the maximum speed is 300 miles per second.
Sure when Tesla said that people said he was crazy.
That beats 15,000 miles per hour and it does 90 degree turns as the crew and ship
experience no gravitational forces.
The wave goes through crew and ship, no seat belts required.
The radio pressure waves made by Tesla centered around the ship pushes its way
around the universe as everything about Roswell and ETs are a hoax.

If we as humans can make space ships why do we need to say ETs have crashed.
I can only figure out that Tesla has one big bag of goodies the cartels can't let go.
