In the Roswell tape there are lots of people, seems to me that would be difficult finding enough of them willing to be part of a hoax.
Interesting!!

Small figure based on an infamous photo of an alien with KGB/SS/FBI agents. According to the Mexican researcher Luis Ruiz Noguez the photo was in fact originally published in June 1950 by the USA based small paper Talk of the Times. The news item mentioned one McKennerich, from Phoenix, and explicitly claimed this was a Martian who came out of a saucer hit by rockets. Even Keyhoe considered it a hoax.
“Above, one of the most impressive photos of an alleged extraterrestrial creature recovered from crashed UFOs. For many years it was thought the photo originated from a crash in the USA, but recently it was found it was captured in Germany, shortly before the Second World War. The officers who hold the being are high-ranking members of the SS” [Brazilian UFO mag, n.18, p.18, dec 1991]
The famous image actually first hit the ufological circles when it was published in an Air Force bulletin in the USA on 1950:
“The June 1950 Talk of the Times reproduced a pair of photos received from Cologne, Germany, one of which is a retouched picture of Dr. E.W. Kay’s model saucer that appeared in the press on January 11, 1950. The other is of two agents holding up a small humanoid with proportions somewhat like a small monkey. The caption reads, “As one silver capsule broke: the first Mars man was captured! Eyewitness G-man, McKenerich, from Phoenix (Arizona), reports ‘I was astounded by the importance of this great moment. For the first time I was seeing a being from another world. At the same time I was equally amazed by the desperation of this Aluminum Man. His body was covered with a shiny metal foil.’ The observatory in Phoenix, Arizona, presumes that this is for protection from cosmic rays.””

why cant be just a cover-up story for the public? Its easy from Governments to distort, manipulate or hide any info or anything "ultratop secret".
Accord to this...
"It was then reported that General Ramey recognized the remains as part
of a weather balloon. Brigadier General Thomas DuBose, the chief of
staff of the Eighth Air Force said, "[It] was a cover story. The whole
balloon part of it. That was the part of the story we were told to give to the
public and news and that was it."
The military tried to convince the news media from that day forward that
the object found near Roswell was nothing more than a weather balloon"
maybe or maybe not, who knows! its a great mistery and i think government will never unveil the truth.

As for the first picture....
The picture is a vintage photo that depicts four people; two of which appear to be secret agents of some sort, escorting a small alien-like being. Behind this odd trio are two women, who appear to be following and looking at this strange sight with much interest. You'll find this photo all over the web along with assertions that the photo is genuine or that it's a proven hoax. The problem I've always had is that usually no one is able to back up the claims either way.
