Was NOT an Airplane (as per General)

How can anyone in their right mind try to convince anyone that this was an airplane? I guess if they convinced people once that it was an airplane than they figure they can do it again...

There was a large plume at the horizon and it kind of grew and got thinner, and it was spiraling in nature and as I zoomed into the point of it, you could see what appeared to be whatever it was, spinning in a trajectory like maybe a bullet or football.’

I'm sorry, for once I can't be bummed to read all the comments - I just want to chip in and say the airplane theory is rightly naff. Your US PTB are scrotums for the bull they've fed you. It seems America has now surpassed the UK in passiveness otherwise you'd be rioting finding out what the hell was in the air.

Despite the alledged wife of a radar controller and various fob-off excuses, the public have a right to know - at least something less than a dumb, vague non-explanation. Sorry try again! Same apparant shape, not at all the same thickness or expansion. Bottom line: this is obviously a plane of course. Now the film in question IS in question because it obviously DOESNT look like a plane! Find me another plane contrail that actually looks like a missile contrail!!

This is a confusing thread. I get that everyone wants to identify it as either a missile or a plane, however can we maybe put that aside for a second and play the what if game?

Supposing in a completely hypothetical, maybe it's possible but probably not, sense and this is a missile, where does this put us? Or am I in the wrong thread?

The U.S. military is the most adv. weapon holder on the planet so were not gonna know everything they do with missile which to me it looks like a nike missile used to defend against nuclear warheads or MOABs oh wait shi!!!!!!!!!!!

It leaves us with a government that has a real problem with boldly lying and quickly sweeping thier dirt under the rug and a population that is all too quick to gobble up whatever bull# explanaition they feed us even when it goes directly against what our own eyes beleive they have wittnessed! yes this is the most compelling video I have seen so far, but still I was not fooled. It still looks like a plane to me! I still see two distinct contrail, not until it changed course and got a bit closer but still in the LA video I never see two contrails. I wish we had more than 10 sec of video.

Phage just wondering, do you get paid to discredit wild theories? If so how much and by who? I want in on that! If not they should be paying you!

That video fooled more than just a few people on ATS i.e. Pentagon and NORAD.
I don't give a crap what that video was, I do care that our Defense looks like a lame duck now.

Hey I haven't insulted anyone.

It's genuine disbelief that people are saying it's going straight up.

I don't think the Pentagon or NORAD have been fooled, I think it's more a case of the media asking them loaded questions and then misquoting them.

Lot of great arguments here ... but the #1 FACT is this ...

The media has 10 minutes of footage of this - they say. But have not released it that I've seen. Media outlets are getting a lot of traffic by saying this is a missile which = $$

If they have additional footage which clearly debunks this as just a plane ... and are still crying "missile" to cash in on the interest in the event ...

Then that's the real conspiracy here.

Get the entire reel of footage, you get the truth.

It was mentioned earlier, possible that alot of CTers are setup being setup by MSM. Poetic justice, anyone?

I think they are having trouble finding eye witnesses to this event because everyone else just saw a contrail, especially from the ground.

Why is this such a major issue in the media, that's what I want to know. It seems like this must be building up to something?! Or maybe I just expect too much out of these idiots some times, although I find it peculiar that such launches have been made, moreover that they are gaining so much attention and curiousity in the media.

We have service men, our soldiers who have many years of service, posting that these are not planes. Why is their wisdom and experience being discounted over people who keep spamming with pictures claiming that's the total and 100% proof that it's planes?

If you keep telling someone "it's not a missile" over and over again, eventually that person gets worn down and finally says "okay it's not a missile". It's a form of mind control/programming.

This morning two news outlets are making jokes about it. CNN playing "Happy Trails" on air. Yes, it's such a joke isn't it? You make it all goofy and seem silly then people will play along. "Oh yeah it's so silly, how could we think it was a missile launch?" that's how they reach in and twist the truth.
