One can look at the moon which is round and draw it on a cave wall. A thinking person might even percieve it as a disc rather than a ball. All ancient gods came from the sky because they worshiped the sun, moon and Venus as gods. lightening? the gods ane angry! Get the point? Perhaps there are ET's but to even imagine they could transverse the vast distances would be silly.

good thread , fact is with our technolgy today we would find it difficult to build a pyramid in the length of time it took them egyptians to build one , each 2 tonne stone would have to have been placed perfectley in position every 2 minutes and with there tools and mechanical machines this is highly impossible . also fact that there is a wall which was built near a lost city it is perfectly made , each stone was carved precisely , different shape stones which were enlined perfectly to fit together , there are 2 millimetre lines carved into these great stone blocks , we couldnt do this even today even if we did it would be a peace of art . these stone blocks were not from the area they were laid they came from a different place 50 miles away with no rivers near the site ! the wall has been virtualy demolished its been said its over 5000 years old trust me ive watched many of videos . this is all true and is bathfully our greatest engineers of today my theory is these acient people were either more advanced workers and architecs than us of today or they were simply helped by beings from another world .

Here's a thought, and I'm completely grasping at straws here, but what if humanity (throughout all of history, recorded and before), is from the future. Think about it like this; Nibiru (if you believe in that sort of thing, and I don't) or some other celestial event is going to extinguish all life on Earth. If you aren't 5 miles underground with gardens and livestock to live for decades or centuries you're going to be toast.
It isn't feasible to house 7 billion people underground, but you don't want to let 99% of the world die either, what do you do? Somewhere down the road, someone invents time travel, and the greatest exodus in history takes place sending people back to different eras in time. These people, arriving in time machines (chariots of fire, spaceships, whatever) would be taller, on average, than those living back then (I.E. Titans/Gods) with knowledge and technology that would make them seem other worldly or deity-like.
Or it could be that through history, humanity has risen to a certain point of technological know how, and then something tragic happens, super volcano, flood, ice age, plague, celestial disturbance, man-made disaster, and society is knocked back into a stone age. My father read a report ( I wish I could remember who wrote the article) about how many Archaeologists are starting to believe that humans may have reached, or at least got near, the point of living that we have now, and then were humbled back into an almost caveman like existence, by unknown events. This may have happened several times they believe (Atlantis being the most recent).
But who knows? Maybe it is Aliens. Maybe they've been watching us for eons, waiting for us to reach some event horizon of doom, and then take us down a peg to see how we pick ourselves back up. Maybe they put us here. We're their ant farm. Their experiment. Maybe it's God. We may never know.
Either way; it'd make for a hell of a movie.

my answer to all sceptics who are non believers of life from other planets is simple , ok you are human yeah . youve never seen a single animal , bird , fish insect ect... if u did see these things for the first time and there were indeed aliens too would u class the aliens as being different to animals ect... ? no it would just be another animal to u ..... u see my point , anything is possible , even the most ludicrous animal or insect u can think of could actually be alive on another planet , coz the fact is this we humans are not alone we share earth with millions of species of life , just some people wont accept that they are not the most intelligent by a long way .One day life will be found on other planets its just a matter of time

Yup, I can. I envisioned a copy of The Wizard of Oz being discovered 1000 years from now, decoded, and interpreted by future conspiracy nuts like me... lol! (And future debunkers arguing "duh, its' obviously all allegory- Glenda the Good Witch is the Sun, the Wicked Witch is the Moon and the Wizard is God, and the balloon is not an alien spacecraft!") We can speculate until the cows come home (or the spaceships show up) but in the end, we simply cannot know the intent of ancient writings and artwork.

Personally, I think it highly likely that ETs did and do exist. (THINK being the operative word.)

Skeptical persons can tell you that such beliefs are irrational, illogical, absurd, and without proof. These are only people who use analytical thinking to analyze the unfathomable.

They can tell you you're wrong until they're blue in the face, but look out into the stars and remember the truths that are lost in timelessness.

Humanity is so conditioned to live off of society that it is the very society that keeps them so closed and sheltered in a box created around their perception. Does not anyone remember the magic they felt as kids, the imagination, how exited you felt when Christmas arrived or whatever tale you thought to be true? This Universe can be explained by science only in finite measurements, but science has and will always fail to fully explain in limitations such as words and numbers the immeasurable, boundless, and all-possible Universe.

That photo is your "proof"? That has been proven time and again to have been altered. While I am not disputing what you say, I just think you shouldn't use one photo to back up your thread. The fact of the matter is there is no proof that ET's have visited our ancient civilisations. We can only speculate.

If Aliens visited ancient Egypt, surely there would be more records in numerous other hieroglyphics? The Egyptians loved the Gods. If the Egyptians had access to this type of technology then surely there would be some remains of the vehicles? After all, the Egyptians buried themselves with valuable possessions. Or did a grave robber fly away in a helicopter? Many people post photos depicting "anomalies" in Egyptian carvings and the likes, which are explained relatively easily. There is also the story of the light bulbs carvings which some people still believe even though is has been proven they are flowers.

You claim to have proof but all you are doing is posting something that you strongly believe is true or just want to believe. There is a difference. Ancient people believed a lot of things we now know to be bollocks. So for the sake of rational thought, if many of their beliefs are now known to be false, then why should we believe the stories such as this without concrete proof? They believed the shapes of constellations were real animals in the sky....

People are very seldomly convicted in court based solely on witness testimony. In fact, a review of cases that did rely on nothing else than witness testimony would show that it is not wise to base a conviction solely on this kind of evidence.

Witness testimony is important to corroborate material facts, such as documents, pictures etc. But it is surely not a basis to establish absolute consensus, especially when there's not multiple testimonies of the same sighting. Can you imagine a world where witness testimony would trump material facts - imagine the state of our legal system, of our writing of history etc. - it would be catastrophic.
It's not for no reason that witness testimony is not the prefered type of evidence, be that in court, regarding history or when it comes to "UFO's"
