U.S. to apologize for STD experiments in Guatemala

www.msnbc.msn.com

U.S. government medical researchers intentionally infected hundreds of people in Guatemala, including institutionalized mental patients, with gonorrhea and syphilis without their knowledge or permission more than 60 years ago.

Many of those infected were encouraged to pass the infection onto others as part of the study.

About one third of those who were infected never got adequate treatment.

So, now the US government is going to apologize. Are they sorry for what they did or because they got caught? Does implying two-thirds of those infected received adequate medical treatment make it ok they were given these diseases without their knowledge or consent? And if they didn't know about it, how were they encouraged to pass it on to others as part of the study?

Now, according to the US government, these atrocities were perpetrated over 60 years ago. I'm sure this is just the tip of the iceberg. If this is what they are willing to admit to, who knows what other heinous acts they are still hiding? It puts all the stories of the US government testing biological agents on unsuspecting populations at home and abroad in a new light.

I hope the apology includes why they thought they could do that to those people in the first place. Exactly why did they think they were good candidates for the experiment? Were they lower class? Lower species? An apology is nothing if it's not totally sincere and includes a proper explanation. Any compensation coming with it?

I have my own belief about why the apology is coming out, why they would even allow this information to be busted wide open.

It has to do with awareness. They are attempting to wake more up and nudge more as to the truth about their management of the planet, for thus far, everyone is so far in their own paradigms and bubbles, that they have forced that there is no free will, its a joke free will. And no one is judged except by their own INTENT and the beliefs of their heart.

Sooooo....the bloodlines are trying to make us more aware of the crimes they're committing and trying to stain our hands if we don't rise up to denounce them.

They don't realize again, that we don't and even can't commit violence and aggression rising up. That we can, even denounce them in our hearts, without writing to them, though that is a good thing to do as well. That we can choose our behaviors to be different and start to care for each other and the little guy more and talk amongst ourselves.

They are putting out a big question. They think they're Gods over our heads and our testers by the way, not realizing they're being tested themselves like everyone else, and that their Universal Laws, for the most part seem to be negatives coding the matrix. Thankfully most of us would tear it up and throw it away if it was written down. Even their law of consequence, karma is nothing compared to Ho'onoponopono and forgiveness.

Its all about selling out consciousness, which they've done.

So this is another one of their tests. The lucifer telescope by the Vatican/NASA was another test

They think if we're quiet we're endorsing them and in agreement. Whereas, no we're peacefully praying and envisioning peaceful ways to get rid of them realizing we're going to need help from the Higher Ups, but what we can do is write in and let them know what we think of them and that we don't endorse them, and renounce them. We can even just say it, without writing in and discuss things like this with others for awareness. In short their rules are nonsense, and they must start to wake up themselves before its too late for them.

Another piece of truth that will most probably get buried under the mindwipe generation. There was a similar report on RT a few weeks ago about this going on in Pakistan or India, not sure which but it was instantly played down as the 'Oh nooooo, we never do things like that' Bull#

Good find Sir

With the experiments happening over 60 years ago and presumably the people whom the experiment were conducted on were adults ...... well then , most of them are now dead .

No compensation for the dead .

And people want to trust a huge unaccountable US government with Health care? I wonder if we're running experiments on people who have been caught up in our rendition program...After all, they're just terrorists. This is an example of my issues with large, secretive, and unaccountable government. They just do what they want to who they want and we're supposed to be ok with it.

I mourn for Guatemalans who were forcibly infected with STDs. What a horrible thing to do to someone.

Here's the real thought of this 'apology'.

Since that took place 60 years ago...
...What have they done since?
And how bad will it get?

I imagine that if one knew that answer, they would go insane.

Not to sound paranoid but this is exactly why I limit my visits to any healthcare professional for emergencies only. And even then, I am very weary of anything they want to inject me with.

I also don't vaccinate for this reason.

Ehh, and then people wonder why i'm paranoid about vaccines. It's been 60 years, i wonder how many people got infected by the carriers, 10 times as many? maybe 20 times? and when you speak of it to people they're like "haha that's not true, governments would never do that, they love people!

Disgusting behavoir by the American government. I can only imagine what else our government has done to people. What a disgrace. This is something the Nazis would have done.

Probably a run off from Operation Paperclip. It stands to reason if the US admits to this, and the list gets bigger and bigger all the time, that the notion of AIDS being introduced via the US government is not so far fetched. There are numerous supporting cases littered in ATS showing the argument for this. Its heart warming that they feign interest or compassion now though.

It makes you wonder what the current agenda holds. Savages.

Why would the US apologize?

It was 60 years ago, how many people in DC right now was still there that long ago?

I saw one post said they was sorry because they got caught. Got caught doing what? They didn't sign anything authorizing this, they didn't sit on meetings, they didn't hear rumors that this was going to happen.

Who exactly got caught doing what?

I think you are right. It is absolutely ok for the US operatives to infect people with diseases. It helps our nation to do such, and there is no hypocritical irony that American's have thumped their chest to France about "saving them".

The history is written by the victor. And it seems that the victor in WWII is just as evil.

I said it was ok?

I thought I said that the wrong people are apologizing. Maybe blame the actual people who signed and initialed the paperwork.

You know, do that instead of blaming the current government.

i doubt it was the government at that time, either.

The current government is controlled by the same people.

Of course, unless we can get past the "national security" shield, we won't have any idea about current officials. That is the whole point.

You have fun being one of those people who thinks the NWO or someone else runs things.

I don't buy or follow that train of thought so you just lost me.

Why would the US apologize?

Because it's good public relations.

Because it shows that the current government does not condone those types of actions.
