totally agree, i think a lot of these people just cant think of anything better to do once they retire, and also want to feel important after holding an important position for so long, a lot of them cant write true stories because a lot of what they did is still classified so they make up something that their former credentials make plausible that they know most people can't disprove and has a huge audience of people that will believe anything without proof.

It has never seemed especially likely that this prediction would come off as advertised. An attitude of cautious, not overly serious open-mindedness seems not a bad policy with this sort of thing. There may still be valid information in the book, about NORAD and the UFOs. This could be a case of disinformation, where those facts were put out, then made to look doubtful by being buried in disreputable, sensationalistic claims.*** Had my annual 'flu' shot yesterday; it got me thinking. When they want to protect the body from illness, they usually give vaccinations with killed viruses. The body's defenses are still stimulated, producing immunity, without actually having the illness. If the powers that be wanted to protect the body politic from bad reactions to the real, open appearance of extraterrestrials, mightn't that serve up false predictions like this? There would be plenty of thought and talk and reaction, but no real harm. Each time this happened, we'd become a little better prepared for the real thing, whenever it may come. I think the caveat in this has either been missed or ignored by most expecting the arrival of the ET version of the Red Arrows .
It was never going to happen and the author new it , hence the get out .

For once can we have an ACCURATE prediction?
Last night I did observe 4 meteorites, 15 satellites , the ISS and umpteen helos and jets... I have seen UFO's before, that being said I never said they were alien, I just couldn't ID them.

did we fight off the invasion then?. im unsure as i dont think my city is classed as "major" so maybe i missed it!
