I will try and get some screen captures up.

ETA: Grabbing screen shots probably wont help. As the object is so tiny. You just have to hit puase many times and watch frame by frame starting around 4:00. If you do this, you can see the wings flapping.

You clearly didn't watch the whole video because It gives you specifications of the UFO.

Specs:
30ft Long
18ft Thick
9000-16000 mph
(These are all estimates, of course)

Now the fastest bird in the world is the Peregrine Falcon clocked @ 200mph @ diving speed, and 70mph just flying. Now seeing as It deffo wasn't a peregrine Falcon (don't live in taht habitat and don't fly near tornadoes for obivous reasons) I can tell you it wasn't a bird.

Also, the video was looked at by an expert video analyst, so I'm guessing the specifications for this object aren't wrong... so... just saying... It wasn't no bird, no matter what you say and no matter how many time you take "Print Screens" of the paused video.

You clearly did not read the entire thread because I watched & listened to the entire video.

And all we have to go on are his claims and what is seen (obviously people are seeing different things). There is no proof he is even telling the truth. Where is the alleged document from the alleged expert? I dont believe him. Period. Until the document is provided.

I still see a bird. I see the flapping wings. Whether nobody else does is fine.

I love how im told im wrong for saying I see a bird and its obviously a bird - yet people come in and say "no way its a bird!" "your wrong for saying that"

Well we also have the analysts information don't we. Stating he estimates the UFO travels somewhere between 9000-16000 mph judging by what he see's on the 2 seconds of tape the UFO appears on. So, I'm pretty sure there is no bird that can travel that fast.
But you're right, you're entitled to your opinion, and we're probably both wrong, so, I apologise if I came of as ya' know, rude or something

No apologies needed. Im not offended. We all have opinions

But do we really have an analysts opinion? It seems all we have is the person who filmed this claiming we do.

We dont accept people's word in politics without some kind of proof to back it up. Why do we just blindly accept some dude's word just because?

If you read the other thread, he has already misrepresented the truth on a couple of claims. Where is this document?

Anyone knows this is just a seagull from the Gulf Area who rented one of the strap-on jet engines from Halliburton to get the hell out of Dodge. Can't see any other thing it could be....Can you? By the way, he is using BP Jet Fuel on this second try. He tried Exxon Gas the first time but they put a "Gay" tiger in his tank and it blew it first engine.....Hope he made it......

With that said.....this is obviously a hot topic. We are discussing UFOs on the ATS Live Radio Show, tomorrow (July 3rd). Maybe some of you on this thread would like to call in and discuss it?

*hint hint*

Ok, I respect your opinion. But I am just using basic logic here to rule out as many conclusions as I can. The bird theory is very unlikely when you take into account what is in front of your eyes and logic. Even if it were a bird (any bird), it would have to be very close to the camera to traverse the distance it does in such a short ammount of time. All we see is a spec... a white dot, indicating that this "bird" is quite far away from the camera. It cannot be close at all because all the people at the scene would have noticed it for sure, because it clearly (appears) to fly to the horizon, and dissapears before even reaching the edge of the horizon. Even a bird 20ft away from the camera, travelling directly acros the camera's field of view would be stretched to cover the distance as quickly as this object does. It simply wasn't on screen long enough for it to be a bird. UNLESS it was damn right in front of the camera near enough.

Or it could be a yet undiscovered, very small species of bird that has mastered the art of subsonic flight.

Well.....

I've always found it a little cute as to how he took advantage of this video.

He seemed very "clinical".....non emotional.....as in the event didn't seem to excite him enough.

I know that's all very qualitative, but it's been my impression for a while, now.

This fits the UFO definition perfectly.
Is it alien? Impossible to discern with the evidence.
It is intriguing though.

Is it possible since the object seems far and apparently traveling fast its a spec of dust? Or could it be a bird far away flying that fast due to the winds?
Can any of this be ruled in or out?

LOL. How many birds do you know can fly 900 mph and veer to the left?

How do you know its flying 900 mph. Id love to know how you came to this conclusion. Birds fly fast. Fact.

I guess the professional scientific analysis/hand written report of the
object flying at roughly 9,000-16,000 mph is completely irreverent.

Oh, and more sarcasm, I guess the bird flying behind the clouds in comparison is about 34 feet long which is about average. Fact.

That's a rather large bird.

The video on YouTube is seriously in question. The hyperlink URL in the video description tells you to see a "higher definition" video, but really, it is a fake website with porno hyperlinks. I won't repeat the names of some of those links, suffice it to say, it's graphic.

That tells me that whomever made or posted this video has ZERO credibility.

That happens a lot trust me. He probably forgot to renew it or didn't care too. If he didn't care to, does that mean its fake/debunked? If he forgot to, then that sounds hoax-ish to me.

I love how this thread has taken off!

All I can really add to this already blown out thread is this:

At first sight I thought, "Cool UFO video!" I saw that little zooming white thing and instantly thought UFO. Rad. Right? Well thats because I wanted to see it.

SO I started playing it over and over again and was able to start seeing stuff I didnt notice at first. In my opinion it looked like wing movement. I didn't want to admit it but I have to agree that it is a distinct possibility it is a bird.

However when I take into account the claims (and theyre only claims) of its supposed speed and size I see a case for some people to hold on to the UFO idea.

Man, I'll tell you honestly, I REALLY want this to be a UFO. But when I look at the video slowly, I see where the BIRD idea pops up...and that too makes sense.

This is just another example of how a UFO like this will continue to be just that, a UFO.

Bird, insect, jet, alien ship, whatever. Stare at it long enough and it becomes any of those.

Regardless of any of this I enjoyed the video. Im no debunker, expert, or even genius for that matter. It's all a matter of opinion.

Well I've spoken on how a gravity emulator for quick turns by slowing down or speeding up an object's relativity can explain it. But how it did not affect the clouds, I do not know.

Doesn't look like it's flying behind the clouds from the video.

hmm. yummy. Kentucky Fried Chicken. Maybe it was something related to a bird?

incidently, and maybe a little off topic but....

i learned about compound words in third grade from mrs. yates.
she taught us that compound words were made by connecting words and syllables that had meanings themselves. although she didn't teach us all the compound words at the time.

who am i to call mrs. yates a liar?

DISC + LOW + SURE = DISCLOSURE

or maybe my math is wrong. math never has been my stong point.

sometimes in peace & sometimes in pieces,
